I love riding my 1966 Schwinn Stingray 5 speed just for this noise. Using a clothespin, and a playing card is fun, attach it to the sissybar and let it run in the spokes. Pick up speed and then coast gives you a fun two tone sound.

Clean build, that shop needs a pipe cutter though. Makes light work of cutting bar ends and is cheap.

They need a Milwaukee M12 bandsaw, would be perfect for cutting bars or any other type of metal. 200$ at home Depot.

Pro hacksaw blade tip. Put a dab of oil on it and it cuts 6-9 times better than not. Don't have oil? Spray paint works too
