New cement factory opens in Tororo

Might the price of cement come down to a possible 20,000 shillings soon, a price it has not been at for about 10 years? If the promise of the newest cement company National Cement in Tororo comes to pass. Being a beneficiary of government tax incentives, the finance minister Matia Kasaija toured the factory which is in the process of being established.
