I actually really love seeing simpler journals! I'm not particularly artistic, AND I don't want to spend a lot of time on my reading journals. So I don't have the time to learn or practice. While I love seeing really ornate and intricate reading journals, I get way more inspiration from simple ones like yours because I can actually use the ideas because they're more simple to execute!
I totally agree! I feel like so few people have the time to execute the intricate designs that a lot of big bullet journaling accounts create, theyre so beautiful but a tad unrealistic haha!
I hear you! I can't draw AT ALL, so I cut & paste a LOT of stuff. I'm now making my first reading journal which you can see on my channel.
I absolutely loved this!! ✨ Majority of the times I watch videos like this and feel pressured to have a super elaborate theme for the year and each month, but this video reminded me that it's MY reading journal😂. Also your hand lettering is top tier⭐️.

I absolutely loved this. I love your handwriting. I love the simplicity. I love the consistency!! I actually wrote down several of your page titles down for next year because they are such good ideas. I think the simplicity is very aesthetically pleasing. For my December reading journal month I tried to be fancy with the cover page and I hate it. Not because it doesn’t look good but because it’s not useful! I will most definitely using a page from your book (see what I did there) and keeping a more simple style going into next year. Love love love this video!

I had fun watching this video and was enjoying how you would lay out a reading journal. Very nice! I do have a bullet/reading journal. I have a buddy reads spread in mine. That is something I haven't seen others do in their journals/logs. I have been thinking of sharing a video in the next month or two, when I am able to start making videos again. Liked, subscribed, and looking forward to more! :-)

Hi! This journal was actually a gift but I believe it was from Barnes and Noble, I was looking through their website and couldn’t find it tho :( I got it quite a few years ago so it’s possible they don’t sell it anymore im sorry! I will keep an eye out if I see it anywhere else!
