I got a Vizio sound bar which is hooked up to eARC and I wanna add another Vizio sound bar. Can I use optical to the one I have now and the new one? Or would I need optical splitter

I'm just try to connect my 5.1 home cinema with sub and soundbar with sub to one TV with splitter and I have sound difference between them one is 'faster' than other , have you got any ideas why?

I tried to connect two sound bars with the optical splitter but it didn't work because it was echoing. What have I done wrong?.
I’m not sure if you received an answer to your question; but, you haven’t don’t anything wrong. What you have to do is adjust your volume settings on them until the latency stops. Adjust them so that the frequencies are different that way they don’t play against each other. It works. I know because I have 3 soundbars with their wireless subs connected to my TV and it sounds great. People say it sounds like a movie theater. Which is what I was going for. ☺️

@@MsJamiePBDhow you adjust the volume? Set volume of soundbar 1 to desire level and then turn up the volume of bar2 until no latency? I have a sony hta 7000 with rear and sw5. I want to get another Sony soundbar such as hta9 or another 7000 etc connect both into earc hdmi to get atmos audio. Do you think it’s still working? Thank you

It’s not too difficult to figure out, especially if you came across this video. He has an optical cord running from the TV to the splitter (box sitting on top of one of the sound bars) that’s Optical IN.. then he has an optical audio cord running from OUT#1 to Soundbar #1 then the same for the 2nd soundbar and BOOM done.
So can I connect a 2nd soundbar (same brand) via a splitter and optical cable. Got a longer cable to take that across other side of room

I am using optical splitter (link in description). You will get 2 optical cables free with the splitter but you will need 3 optical cables, one from tv to splitter input and two output cables for soundbars

Are the vocals clearly audible?
You have to adjust volume as per your requirement, sometimes there is a echo due to multiple speakers
