    I really admire you Freya. You’re like the sweetest, kindest and most honest unnie. Your channel gives me a lot of motivation and makes me feel a lot better about myself. I really love your honesty and the fact that you’re not afraid to show your both good and bad moments. While talking about diets, exercises and diet-culture, you’re really taking away all the toxic feelings and make it stress free. I struggle a lot with depression and anxiety and your videos makes me feel safe and relieved.     I had a beautiful 3 years where I didn't weigh myself unless I was at a doctor, made sure to eat the recommended nutrient/minerals for the day, still ate ice cream etc., slept my 8 hours (was not easy to do), was well hydrated, and worked out 3-4 times a week (while walking everyday due to my schedule). My skin was amazing and my body was my goals.
    I will get back to this. The funny thing was when I was living like that it wasn't a chore and I felt better physically and mentally. So, I really want to create a new healthy routine and am inspired by your channel!

    i felt the same... when i was in hs i was so stressed after workout an hour everyday for 2-3 months and the number isn’t changed at all:”) but the next morning i realized “ouh my uniform feel much looser” and my friends tell me that i look thinner, i learn a lot from that:) even if our body not change after all the hard work that we’ve done, ask yourself “are you feel healthier?”

    One of the things that I feel after starting working out is also it fixes my body posture. I can see your sitting posture is straight and you look comfortable and sparkling. Love to see your positivity (especially during this outbreak seasons because of a pandemic).

    You look so strong ! I realised what I'm unhappy about with my weight is really how weak and tired I feel NOT the number on the scale. I think we will be 90 years old one day and regret we didn't enjoy our cake and sandwiches more ♡♡

    저도 운동 시작후 3개월차안데요 골격근량이 2키로 늘고 지방이 3로 빠졌는데 몸무게는 1키로 늘고 안빠지는게 스트레스였어요. 영상보고 힘 얻고 갑니다!^^

    Ahhhh yess this is so me.. i always focused on the number 🤪, however recently i started doing exercise by doing skipping rope everyday, at the same time my weight scale broke. So im unable to weight myself for like 2 weeks, and eventually while doing the exercise, i started to feel changes in my body physical, like a bit of inches loss. However yesterday i decided to weigh myself and see the number isn’t changing.. im quite disappointed honestly.. and today you just upload something that very similar to my case, and really love your quote “believe in your eyes rather than the number” 🥲🥲 so yah, better keep things on track again now ! Wish me luck 😻🍀❤️

      Oh, I know the feeling I picked up jump rope recently too and noticed that I kept checking my weight. It would always flactuate between -+1.5kg and right now I actually weigh more than when I started. I kept feeling unhappy and was very disappointed. I can see and feel body changes but I was too focused on the number. This video just opened my eyes and I'm going to apply what I've learnt today. Freya is saving my mental health tbh.

      @@anita.fineapple9450 ahhh yess.. we are on the same boat 🤣🤣 after this i decided to practice like Freya did.. maybe just weigh myself once a month.. because yah i know myself, whenever i see something is not working well or my weight isn’t changing, i started to lose motivation and quite negative.. so maybe the right way for me is not weigh myself often 🥳

      @@lenlenlen2437 Decided to weigh myself once a month and only focus on Body fat and muscle mass as she adviced. Her timing is godsend coz I was about to lose motivation too.

    와 골격근 30....... ㄹㅇ 골격근 올리는게 체지방 내리는것보다 힘든데ㅜㅜㅠ 너무 부러워요ㅠㅠ 전 바프찍을때 오히려 골격근 올리는데 거의 대부분의 시간을 쏟았거든요...^^ 덕분에 바프 끝난지 대략 2주일 정도 지났는데 단백질 강박이 약간 생긴것같기도 하지만... 바프당일 몸무게는 이전이랑 거의 차이 없어서 솔직히 불안했었어요 대부분 바프준비 컨텐츠 보면 미친듯이 몸무게를 줄이려고 무탄 단수 오만가지 하잖아요ㅠㅠ 근데 피티쌤은 기껏 키워놓은 근육 근손실 오면 안되니까 막날까지 현미밥으로 든든하게 탄수 채우라고 하고ㅠㅠ 막상 찍어서 결과물을 보니 정말 눈바디가 제일 중요하더라고요ㅎㅎ.... 몸무게는 단순한 수치에 불과한데 그걸 알려주는 사람이 아무도 없으니😂

      맞습니다 ㅠㅠ 수치는 정말 수치일뿐! '다이어트'가 아니라 '건강하게' 산다는 인식이 좀 늘어났음 좋겠어요 ㅠㅠㅠ

    Hi 👋 My heights is 165cm and I recently weight 93 kg last year to 66.9kg(scale 1) , 66.33kg(scale 2) this year .. I think I should be proud of myself for losing this much because I was obese ever since I was a baby but instead I was very obsessed with numbers ( I even have two scales , old and latest one) and feel stressed about my slow progress now and when I look up on internet on poster of ideal weight for my heights.. I hope after watching your video I will feel less pressure about it 🥺

    홀… 근육량이 장난 아니시네요 저는 제가 여자치고 많은줄 알았는데 아니었네요ㅋㅋ 저두 몸무게 대비 적게 나가 보이는 몸인데 26kg정도 되거든요 다리 근육이 평균 이상이시란거 보고 저도 득근 위해💪🏻 힘내볼게요

    I just want to add, that skeletal mass is actually roughly similar for every adult regardless of height/sex (it's about 2-4~ kg). So unless someone has osteoporosis or other bone density related issues, their skeletal weight won't affect their overall weight much (that's why being "heavy boned" is a myth). Muscle mass on the other hand has much more influence on the overall weight, it can vary greatly from person to person

      Heavy boned is a myth, but big boned is a fact. People do have different skeletal forms, some bigger than others. That's why some people still look big even at their thinnest.

    I'm getting a gym membership so I can do weights, but honestly, where do I begin? I don't know how they work and I can't seem to find a video that explains how to start lifting weights...

      Depending on the gym, they may have workers or trainers who could explain the machines to you. Some machines also have the instructions with little pictures on the side of the machine.
      You may also check the side/back/front of the machine for the name and then google how to use it. There are videos and articles
      You could also ask someone who you see seems to know what they're doing and ask them to kindly explain it to you.

    I weigh 59 kg I’m 5’7 and 22 years old!! My goal is to become 55 kg I don’t exercise I’m just focusing on my diet right now I don’t starve myself but I’m eating less than I used to( I used to weigh 62 kgs 3 weeks ago)
