  • I get asked about gear all the time, so I figured I would break down the sticks I use (Vic Firth DUH) to all the accessories I keep in my stick bag to save my life when I'm on a gig or out on the road.
If you want a full list of the stuff I use and links to more details about each item visit:

Everything you say about Vic Firth is 100% true. I myself am a (destined) Vic Firth artist. And I have the Vic Kick Beater in Wood. I know I haven't seen a video of yours until now, but us Vic Firth users gotta stick together. So I'm subscribing.

I went from VF to PM. I like the feel of the PM sticks and some of their other kinds of things.

Since I only play at my church and a lot of the things you have there are provided I usually bring my FAVORITE sticks the Vater 1A. Them things are tanks they have great length and are the weight of around a 5B so it’s comfortable for me. I carry around a drum key, hi-hat clutch, and I ALWAYS have my in ear monitors because those are just the best things anyone can invest in.

Agreed, in-ears are super important. I never question whether purchasing those were a 'good investment'.
