Pretty sure Cyclosword is just Prowler's but instead of only working with dashes and stealth, it's an energized attack that gets energized faster from dashes or stealth meaning a full energize build on Riven could be hilarious
Damage is higher across the board, but most of this problem is because health and tank stats were overall reduced across the board with item changes. Ultimately, this is a good thing. Items require you to be squishy to build higher damage, and tank items don’t give as much damage as they used to. It will absolutely take riot some time to get things in a more balanced and less-one shot like state again

It gains sentience and strikes my balls with lightning. I farm for Stormsurge. I play safe for Stormsurge. I start Doran's Ring instead of Amp tome. It isn't satisified. "Why aren't you rushing me to snowball" it asks me. "Mana is for little babies just lock Katarina." I buy Lost Chapter first so I can farm better for Stormsurge. "wtf is this shit you dog learn to cs with your auto attacks" it tells me. I can't do that, I'm filled mid and I decided to first time Hwei. I miss all three casters under tower. "Guess this is the end." Stormsurge clones itself a gajillion times. it leaves my sorry ass and I press tab to see it in everyone else's inventory too. The enemy Yuumi just killed my botlane with Stormsurge. There is no hint of sadness in it's eyes. Nothing but powercreep, and the promise of complaints about too much damage everywhere. I have said for years that Riot purposefully ensures AP champs are always viable and have the strongest items because the majority of Riot is just mid-laners. How has no one started an actual riot over the fact that League is constantly AP-Centered.
Currently as tanks love the heavy amount of Mr items they added it’s just you gotta somehow not get bursted by Ad while trying to tank all the ap because you had to waste everything on Mr
They literally have new items to beat mages, but you wont really be able to do much else unless you have other items that also comes with season 14 and so if you have ANY mr youll be good
I made a post in the FB group saying it sucks i can't play xerath supp anymore because he went from S tier to D tier. I play diamond for multiple seasons and have probably 3k games as xerath supp under my belt and yet many told me i was deranged lol. I saw several xeraths in this video get decimated and I was only talking about xer supp lol. I must be wrong, clearly right? lol I tried every combo you can make and none but one felt "ok" but it still very much felt like i was just barely in the game. I'm sure other mages mid or other mage supports are doing ok but he specifically had too much CDR and too much health taken from him where he's just awful atm. Also had a sion build two MR items and that was enough MR to make my entire combo BARELY move his health bar lol. The xerath in this vid was mid and had to get 250 cs and build no boots and a fully stacked mejais to actually compete with people in this game. lolllll
April fools for real, it feels like we are playing URF or some shit right now, not Summoners Rift... The game is unplayable. You HAVE to play champs that can oneshot or you are literally not gonna have any impact currently. Only a handful of tanks still work, Malphite for example, but if nobody else is oneshotting in your team you still can't play him either. Bruisers are pretty pointless as you have to go pretty much full tank and no damage if you want to survive long enough to do at least 1 basic attack in a teamfight. Farming feels so overrated too, I mean you need 1 item and then you are good to go. If you decide to farm and get xp as you of course normally should, other players will have made 100+ plays and basically finished the game within 5 min.
Can't wait for mage players complaining that their class is literally unplayable and that their items are garbage, because they get killed by assassins (said assassins being characters like Ekko or Diana, building exclusively mage items).
