- NO YEAST DONUTS (12 DONUTS)
- 241gr All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 35gr Granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (18g) Baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 225ml Whole milk
- 4 Tbsp (57gr) Melted butter - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Tip: I would wait for the melted butter to cool off a bit so the egg won’t cook. If you do, you won’t have cooked egg chunks in your doughnuts.😊

Tip: I would heat the milk before you put it in because then when you add the melted butter, the butter will chunk up and harden a bit.
