I think considering that KI's style is right up your alley and you can't decide between them both speaks volumes to how good Den was.

With all due respect to Inertia. This competition fits Den's style much more and he has nailed every single round so far. There are not many reasons I could see Inertia win this. Also as most others stated before Inertia repeats some beats/patterns way too often
And Inertia always has tempo issues too, and this round isn’t any different

Den is the beatboxer who will bring non-beatboxers to the style. Throw a little reverb or some basic EQ effects on Den's track, and people on Spotify or Pandora would never know this was one dude with a mic.

I'll back this up with K.A.A.N - Furious styles, Kaancepts 1&2, Concealed The Outro...basically anything from K.a.a.n. man's a lyrical genius.
Den’s tracks have so many small details. Sometimes I would listen to it for the tenth time then only realised there is another filler in there that I didn’t hear the first 10 times. So,so well structured.
I think most of the community thinks Den won this battle, but we still need to see what S&C says
Yeah but I feel like S&C have a bias opinion when it comes to inertia and inertia is a legend but from their reactions now they seem to just be like napom in 2018 when he was judging codfish (which I thought codfish was the winner of that GBB) but when you fanboy that much it’s hard to be objective

@@iampapax2667 Exactly. KI is awesome. Super good, but he's only good two beat-boxing techniques. Throat singing, and single tone, low, inward bass. Same with Codfish. Good, don't get me wrong. But really just a one trick pony.

i say this every battle, but this is my favorite battle of the whole competition so far. king inertia has soul in his music that almost no other beatboxer has, and den is elevating beatbox to an entirely new level.
for a battle, i pick den, but inertia created one of my favorite tracks that he’s ever put out, and I wish more people were putting in the effort like you are to see the soul he has in his music ❤️ much love brother ✊🏼

This is why den has my vote. This comp to me is to show the pure evolution of beatboxing in its current era of musicality and DEN is 100% leading the way imo. I want to listen to DEN's tracks over and over(bumping that shit HARD in the car right now on Spotify lol) and that's what sets him apart for me. Legitimate bangers.

Woooa wtf! I never heard of them before and had NO IDEA it was beatbox music..this joint was 🔥 I liked inertia’s sound better but I think den had the better song I guess? I liked inertia’s bass and those dubstep edm sounds…I’m a sucker for that kind of sound. But den was like singing and beatboxing at the same time almost thruout..well just my take for listening to these 2 for the 1st time. Dope content as always cliff beats. My#1 bars reactor.

Strange coincidence: Den used King Inertia’s dancing clip from his battle against Rayul. King Inertia used the same drop he did during that battle on his round here.

Man i was just not wowed with den’s round i feel like it was just vibey and catchy but i wasn’t amazed or stankfaced like with inertia’s round. Inertia’s style just doesnt get old for me every time his bass drops harder and harder and them high pitch sounds and melodies are crazy. Then again I am a non beatboxer so i’m just going with what sounds better for me.

Imo den wins this. Inertias round was fire but he had glaring timing and pitch issues where as Den didn’t. I think everything else will be close but den will take it based on that
As good as K.I. Is. He has yet to show off any more of his bag. It's mostly just inward bass. I've seen his other posts to BeatBoxInternational and he's so much more than his Inward. This is Dens Competition to win. He's fresh, Versatile with his genre's, has great timing, has catchy lyrics and has great battle moments.#DenVSHiss

Also at 3:06 Den says “I can do more than just” and then he does inertia’s style, then he starts doing his style at 3:15. But then inertia does a more menacing version of Den’s style at 6:39. That made King Inertia’s counter so much stronger.
A lot of people missed that immediately after Den added his signature pitching combo to Inertia's inward style (@3:24), he does a third section where he adds tongue clicking as well. It almost felt like Den *knew* that Inertia would practice that move, and prepared something he wouldn't anticipate.

another aspect of the counter you aren't accounting is that he said he can do more than just inward bass spam and he followed it by pitching king inertias beat itself to fit back into his track whereas he easily could've just left the pattern as is. It just shows the attention to detail. KI counter was off pitch but yeah I can see how it works in making it feel grimy and menacing but it felt like he couldn't maintain the quality of it and he went back to his comfort zone
Everybody's been saying that Den completely destroyed Inertia, but I didn't think so on first listen. I still thought Den won, but Inertia's round was a major improvement compared to his round against Helium. His counters were not perfect, but they were still very good. I feel that KI would have won against most others, but unfortunately he faced Den, an absolute monster of creativity.
Inertia's round was very improvised. Not well structured, timing is off and the bpm on his drops almost never matches that of the track. He needs serious work on structuring before he wins one of those competitions.
Ki covered Nickleback. Den created a masterpiece from scratch. That says enough lol
When den said “You deserve better” at 3:14, he was talking about inward bass and how it deserves to be used more artistically than just hitting low notes and power like inertia uses it. Then he transitioned from inertia’s style to den’s style.

I've recieved too many personal insults from Dens tween fan club. It's the same reason this community never gets any bigger...toxicity to newcomers. Toxicity to different opinions and hyper aggressive competitiveness. I don't need that in my life. This community will consume itself with hate.

I'll just say that don't try to read all the hate comments in the first place, and don't start to dislike the art or the artists because of what people say.
The thing is, this isn't just with the beatbox community. I've seen this with any scene even remotely competitive like gaming communities, football, cricket etc - people being too aggressive with their opinions and hating on everyone up against their favourites or every judge they don't agree with. It's really just a result of people being able to say anything anonymously online, there's really no fix other than just avoiding them
