All AAERI member should come together and must find a solution for rejection of the application based on the cities. Every application should be analysed on its merit basis not on cities bases. This is unfair for the students.
This is not only with Australia Sir, Same is with Canada, these both countries are acting very smart and refusing genuine applications too... The only thing I feel bad even after paying fees showing funds, paying GIC and getting bands 7.5 still getting refusals.. Many students take loans to pay of the fees and our families keep questioning daily on visa. I don't know what's wrong with immigration process.
Even no PR for many Students they have to work on extending their visas. and need 7to8 band each in general Ielts. many times their rules changes suddenly it's a high risk. Yes it's true Wages are high as compared to Canada, No heavy snowfall weather is good any one can survive but in the end we have get settled for our future and even we have take care of our Family as well ie Parents.
Sir i have done masters in 2021 and now working in a private limited company since june 2022 and i apply for double master’s master of earth snd environment in university of wolongong i had started my GTE on 14th November and university asked for revised SOP ON 6th dec sir how much time it will take to clear GTE process and how many chances that i will get visa

Sir you're absolutely right. I'm also rejected 2021 passout, and the reason is migration act, I'm totally broken I have all genuine documents but I don't understand what's the reason of rejection. I have secured+2, 77% and IELTS 6.5 not less than 6 and all of my 2021 passout rejection reason also same. Is there any discussion in Australia visa officer, that 2021 passout isn't for Australia study destination. So why they make our career fun and wasting our time. Why they use our time in waste of all process, they using just like machine. We have also a family, we have also a career .We have also a right to destination for choosing country for study. I am 2021 12th passout with 87percent from cbse haryana having pte score 82 (90L 90W 72S 74R) gap justified ( given jee exam) and all documents and funds are genuine and applied for visa on 20th dec for Bach of IT from ECU , and after seeing visa refusal for similar profile (even better) , I ask myself what If my visa get refused, after doing everything right and months of effort I am not sure my visa will be granted. So, this is wrong, visa process should be organised and streamlined and to be granted to who meets all requirements

@@jerrykumar7853 True I actually got offer from temple and scholarship of 60 lakhs from bryant university but I end up passing on these uni due to these reason-: - Since am not pursuing stem major I only get one year of stay and even folks with stem major aren't able to get the h1 b visa in three year. - I applied for my bachelors and i don't think it's worth putting 1.6cr as a tuition fee on a bachelors degree - Apart from that as you mention the incident happening these days in US is NUTTSSS...

U certainly lack on academic subjects. As far as minor applying for study in Australia is not an issue. You hv the option for Guardianship or homestay
