sir i did my b. tech ece in 2018 with 78% after that i sit for govt exams for 6 months, after that did job for 1.5 years and after that again i sit for govt exams for 6 months and side by side was giving training to students on IT and networking for 6 months , and after that did online work for technical contents in relevant field for 9 months and presently also doing that, also side by side i did job for govt. of india on contract basis for 6 months..

At the time of GTE sanction letter will work. But University & Embassy would like to see the disbursement of that loan in your bank account for funds to be shown. Only Sanction letter, without actual disbursement loan can not be accepted. Bcoz of lot for fraud happening in Sanction letters

In Diploma leading to degree, 6 months fee goes for Diploma and some advance fee (3K-5k) goes for Bachelors 2nd year for COE from the University. No need to pay one year full fee
