Add-ons could be masks he uses, with different effects. I could totally see a "Tony" and "Don Juan" add-on doing stuff like "Breaking a pallet or door with a survivor nearby will injure them", like hotline miami's ability to kill with doors.
I feel like he could actually be a killer. They could do something like "before the nuclear blast reached him, a dark fog absorbed him" and that's how the entity could take him

Here's a kit that's inspired from other people's ideas for the same character. *The Animal* Power: _Hotline_ The Animal is a master of many different tools of deathdealing, and as such, does not wield any single weapon for the trial. *Arsenal* When the Trial begins, The Animal will be unarmed. While unarmed, The Animal has a movespeed of 140%, however it cannot attack survivors. When The Animal interacts with a locker while unarmed, a weapon will be taken from inside. Possible weapons include the Fire Ax, Crowbar, Desert Eagle, or Tactical Shotgun. Each have different uses, and are discarded after a certain number of attacks, or can manually be replaced by interacting with a different locker. *Fire Ax:* The fire ax is a heavy melee weapon, having a short lunge range, but granting +25% speed to breaking walls and downed pallets and applying Deep Wounds to survivors it injures from full health. After injuring survivors four times, the Ax will break and be discarded. *Crowbar:* The crowbar is a relatively light weapon, allowing for a faster recovery from both missed and successful attacks by 20%. After downing a survivor or injuring survivors four times, the Crowbar will break and be discarded. *Desert Eagle:* This is a ranged weapon with six ammunition. This weapon has no basic attack function. While holding M2, you will aim the weapon, and while aiming pressing M1 will fire. The projectiles from this weapon are extremely fast and travel in a straight line. The Animal can interact with the Pay Phone to see the auras of what weapons are inside of all lockers for the next 15 seconds. Once used, the Pay Phone cannot be used again for 45 seconds. While it can be used, it will ring. Survivors can interact with the Pay Phone while it is ringing to see the aura of The Animal for 15 seconds and also put it on cooldown. This ability aims to make the killer versatile, giving them very limited, but powerful tools for injuring survivors.
He would arguably be one of the most interesting killers considering the amount of detail and ideas for him he could be able to swap in weapons in lockers for different abilities baseball bat for slightly more range,knife for more blood effects on the ground,hammer for faster breaking etc and as a secondary ability they could give him phones across the map with different effects showing you which gen has the most progress,a survivor’s location,a blessed totem etc so he could be like a jack of all trades
I have been a *huge* fan of Hotline Miami ever since the second game came out. After I was introduced to it - I got hooked on it so damn bad. And dare I say, *I LOVE Jacket.* I know it's super unlikely he will ever be added to dbd but god it would have been so awesome T^T

Yes, Hotline Miami and Payday are two very different games, but at least the core aspects of both games (shooting and such) are shared. With DbD though it'd be a bit of a stretch to find any connections. But gosh, I really wish to be wrong here, and see our beloved not-at-all-okay in the head boy in the trials

Just showing us the inside of a small prison cell and someone off screen is bouncing a small green bouncy ball off the concrete wall of the cell and back. There's a faint distant radio chatter that is unintelligible, but sounds like one of those emergency news broadcasts. A distant roar and a large blinding white with a screeching high pitched drone fill the room, and the blinding white fades to a foggy dark grey. Then a phone starts to ring, and rings, and rings, and rings. Then we see a small red light peer up from the fog, like the LED on an answering machine. "You have ONE new message."
This would lowkey be kinda scary to hear in game but my god you know I’d be blasting it on repeat in my free time. Good job and keep up the good work! 🔥
*The Animal* - Power: Various Weaponry > The Animal has only his fist while not equipped with a weapon, which delivers a punch much like The Nemesis. While not having a weapon, The Animal can not perform lunge attacks. When searching an empty locker, The Animal pauses and sees several weapons hanging in the back; A Baseball bat, Spiked Knuckles, Kitchen Knife, Hammer, and a Pipe. Each weapon gives The Animal a different new ability. The Baseball Bat has double the lunge distance. The Spiked Knuckles allows The Animal to perform grabs when lunging into a survivor that is eligible to be grabbed. The Kitchen Knife gives the Deep Wounds status when attacking an injured survivor and causes more blood to spawn, making it easier to track them. The Hammer has double the throw distance and can bounce once off of surfaces, The Pipe gives the Slowed status to survivors hit with it during a throw. The Animal can throw a weapon by charging it and flinging it forward, only horizontally, similar to The Huntress. A weapon is broken upon impact when throwing it at a survivor and hitting them or an obstruction like a wall, pallet, or doorway. A weapon is also broken after performing 2 attacks with it. When a weapon is broken, it will not spawn in lockers for 2 minutes. Survivors can lock lockers, similar to The Dredge, to stop The Animal from accessing his weapons. Locked Lockers can not be unlocked with a basic attack, unlike The Dredge, they only take 10 seconds to unlock. + Spacial Awareness. *Your danger sense makes you a dangerous crazed sociopath.* > Survivors that enter your terror radius have their aura revealed for 1 second. If they exit your terror radius, they have their aura revealed again for 1 second. Survivors that have their aura hidden to you at any time suffer the Oblivious status for 10 seconds. + Do You Like Hurting Other People. *You do enjoy bringing harm to others.* > When you damage a survivor for one health state, you see the auras of all survivors outside of your terror radius for 3 seconds and you gain a 5% Haste for 2 seconds. + Psychotic Rush. *The rush just feels too good.* > When you put a survivor into the dying state with a basic attack, you gain a stacking 2% bonus speed to kicking generators, breaking doors and pallets, and dropping and picking up survivors. These bonuses are lost when you are stunned by a pallet or blinded by a flashlight, flashbang, or firecracker.

It's a bop for sure. His Mori would have great splatter potential. And his power I imagine would be using whatever weapons are lying around (broken pipes, knives, clubs, ...) in the level with different properties that he can also toss at survivors.

I can't really think of a weapon that'll really work for the character so what would be cool is after you m1 to attack, he'll just casually swap to another weapon from the hotline miami games i.e from Bat to crowbar, crowbar to knife, etc
I actually came up with a fan made power and chapter concept for Jacket and basically it was being able to change masks by checking a locker and each of the 5 masks would give you different benefits and he also had a second power that was basically Chucky’s dash attack before they added it lol
Jacket would be bad ass, he'd have to use his baseball bat and they'd have implement a hit mechanic. Player answers random ringing phone from around the map and the funny heads pop up and tell you to target a specific player but have different requirements like trying to keep out of said targets line of sight or to be as aggressive as possible. Idk about perk cause there isn't really anything special about the holiness characters, maybe something like "man of many faces" which could be used to trick the survivors into thinking its a different killer.
Hands down one of the best fan made chase themes I've heard. The build up and the synth is so well done. Hope you make an extended version bcuz this is sick!

If I noticed I was playing against a Jacket with this music in the game, I would turn my volume up everytime. There is no other killer I want more than him now
I just discovered this and it's incredible! A Hotline Miami chapter would be sick, unlikely as it might be, given how Jacket ends up being the Dreaded in Hotline Miami world.
It'd be really cool if Behaviour gets the licenses for various Hotline Miami songs like Hydrogen and Crystals which is what Jacket hears during a chase meanwhile the survivors hear some really disturbing chase song
Id imagine if the entity took jacket it would probably mess with his perception like spirit so he sees the survivors as Russian mobsters. And for me the idea that someone doesn't see me as myself, but someone who they hate and have no issue killing brutally is slightly terrifying.

Each weapon gives The Animal a different new ability. The Baseball Bat has double the lunge distance. The Spiked Knuckles allows The Animal to perform grabs when lunging into a survivor that is eligible to be grabbed. The Kitchen Knife gives the Deep Wounds status when attacking an injured survivor and causes more blood to spawn, making it easier to track them. The Hammer has double the throw distance and can bounce once off of surfaces, The Pipe gives the Slowed status to survivors hit with it during a throw. The Animal can throw a weapon by charging it and flinging it forward, only horizontally, similar to The Huntress. A weapon is broken upon impact when throwing it at a survivor and hitting them or an obstruction like a wall, pallet, or doorway. A weapon is also broken after performing 2 attacks with it. When a weapon is broken, it will not spawn in lockers for 2 minutes. Survivors can lock lockers, similar to The Dredge, to stop The Animal from accessing his weapons. Locked Lockers can not be unlocked with a basic attack, unlike The Dredge, they only take 10 seconds to unlock.

It's a bop for sure. His Mori would have great splatter potential. And his power I imagine would be using whatever weapons are lying around (broken pipes, knives, clubs, ...) in the level with different properties that he can also toss at survivors.

I can't really think of a weapon that'll really work for the character so what would be cool is after you m1 to attack, he'll just casually swap to another weapon from the hotline miami games i.e from Bat to crowbar, crowbar to knife, etc
I actually came up with a fan made power and chapter concept for Jacket and basically it was being able to change masks by checking a locker and each of the 5 masks would give you different benefits and he also had a second power that was basically Chucky’s dash attack before they added it lol

Jacket would be bad ass, he'd have to use his baseball bat and they'd have implement a hit mechanic. Player answers random ringing phone from around the map and the funny heads pop up and tell you to target a specific player but have different requirements like trying to keep out of said targets line of sight or to be as aggressive as possible. Idk about perk cause there isn't really anything special about the holiness characters, maybe something like "man of many faces" which could be used to trick the survivors into thinking its a different killer.

I just discovered this and it's incredible! A Hotline Miami chapter would be sick, unlikely as it might be, given how Jacket ends up being the Dreaded in Hotline Miami world.

It'd be really cool if Behaviour gets the licenses for various Hotline Miami songs like Hydrogen and Crystals which is what Jacket hears during a chase meanwhile the survivors hear some really disturbing chase song

To be fair, the game has literal animals/aliens like The Demogorgon from stranger things and the Xenomoroh from Alien and they still hook survivors.
And they even have people like Albert Wesker from RE, And many of their base killers being literal humans/HUMANOIDS doing the same, so in the end it’s the rules of the game
