Hats off to her grandson. Not many young men his age would go so out of his way to help grandma. And not just any doctor, he takes her to the best dermatologist around. Well done mate. 👏
This lady is precious....she is removing scars from the people's body and gives them a confidence , a relexation, a smooth breeze to their minds. Thanks a lot and huge applause for this doctor.
Dr. Lee is a intelligent, loving, caring, very kind woman who makes everyone feel special and safe. You can clearly see how loved she by how the two young women that work with her act around her. The two women respect, care and love her as much as she does them. That's just so raw to see in 2021.

That plus a botched mole removal, I've only had bad experiences with dermatologists unfortunately

She did try to get rid of it. Her sister used to clean it out, but they keep coming back unless you close it up via some stitches. I guess some people just live with it rather than fuss with it over and over and over.
There is no doubt whatever in my mind that Dr Lee and her remarkable team of assistants do great work. When you have a skin problem, a bump, a cyst, or whatever, it impacts on everything. Dr. Lee more than once has been told by patients who have undergone a procedure, "You gave me back my life.."

I hope that experience encouraged him to go into the healthcare system. Maybe this experience introduced him to the possibility of being a Medical Assistant or Surgical Technician or something else, and even if not, it was still a valuable experience in life. It was also so refreshing to see somebody so engaged in the treatment of a relative.

It always irritates me immensely when physicians dismiss the concerns of people over such issues and refuse to actually do something about it, or at least refer them to a dermatologist.
Grandma can do anything for grandkids. I have no doubt in my mind that grandkids had something to do with her decision to finally remove it... Very nice
@@DragonBallZ4UsShe could have had this removed in Ontario. London Ontario has some of the best doctors in the country. She may have had to pay a fee because it might have been considered cosmetic and didn’t bother with it. Maybe her son saw a trip to California (?) as a neat thing to do. I’ve had several sebaceous cysts removed and they’ve been removed in the clinic actually. No fee. But some doctors would call this a non-essential procedure and send her to have it removed by a derm or a plastic surgeon and she would have had to pay for it herself rather than our universal healthcare picking up the tab. OHIP (our government health insurance in Ontario) usually pays for everything except unless something is deemed purely cosmetic. But it could have been taken care of if she was willing to pay for it.

I tried to get one removed from my shoulder and my doctor said not to worry about it. I was like thanks but I’m not worried I just want it off
My doc wouldn't remove a painful lypoma because it isn't "medically necessary" therefore insurance doesn't cover the cost.
