So many great and creative artists from out of Jamaica 🇯🇲 .. I’m learning so much.. Thank you TeachDem!!!
Teach Dem your catalog is growing leaps and bound, but you still don't even start to scratch the surface of the vast majority of the Jamaican genre of reggae and dance hall, but I have to give you my respect for taking the time to get some of these artists to share their experiences.

Great interview as usual. @TeachDem, don't worry about the background noise more time. We are into the interview, but when you pay attention to the noises then so do we. I don't know how bad it is for you, but it is not that bad to me. We understand. Blessings.

I will never forget the jah send me come music video. Glad to see the artist still has a very sharp mind
Teach Dem, try and get some veteran artiste from the Studio One era. They are up in age now, and we would like a piece of their history. Leroy Sibbles of "HEPTONES" , immediately comes to mind.
Mi spirit tek tha yoot yah. Him is a clean heart yoot.
Fair interview teach, one thing that makes the interviews great is putting a face to a voice, because most of these artist,we had no idea what the looked like, and I love what he said about fans, we're here because of our love for reggae and dance hall, wether it's our favorite artist or not,we still respect their journey in the music, again I applaud you teach.
It was just last week I was listening to this guy and was just hoping one day he would be on this platform. Bless up teach love the move.

Jah Send Me Come LP on Harmodio blew me away. Unreal sound, so full of energy, there is nothing else quite like it in the 80s. Lovely to hear some of the stories behind the records and reasoning from the man himself. Big up Dignitary Stylish, one of my favourite artists...

Waiting Patiently on Bounty Killer interview
We have seen hundreds of that. Bounty's story is well known.
@@hearthrob300 Well, for those that didn't know. Let's be cognizant of that. Teach Dem, has viewers across the spectrum of the region and the world
Don’t mind him he has an agenda of some sorts
@@TeachDem I dont know what agenda you are talking about, unless you can show a pattern, then you are talking from a place of arrogance. I personally think Killer's story has been told a thousand times, but if you can put a different spin to it, then by all means, but stop trying to create a conspiracy where there is none. I respect your work too much for that bull.
Great and informative interview. Keep up the good work. By the way, Don Carlos is a giant roots artist.
Gregory Park artiste. Pass through my scheme on his bicycle regularly back in the days
For real and I remember his then girl named Lauren - she was an athlete. Saw her in a foot race and no man could hold a candle to her
Jah send mi come classic..great memories from my childhood

DON CARLOS REST OUT YAH INNA CALI @ Teach Dem
Did you know that Satta amasa gana was originally "Happy Land" with Carlton and the shoes. and "Satta mas agana" with The Abyssinians was a kind of remake. The first 4 lines of both songs are identical. It is alleged that Clement Dodd, owner of Studio One label and owner of the Masters of the song, declined to release it for some reason. The Abyssinians bought the masters and released it as Satta mas agana. There is a bit of twisted history to this story
Great info. Didnt know this and by checking on your info i found out that Carlton and Shoes (the Mannings brothers) became The Abyssinians. We live and learn..
Name of sound Stylish couldn't remember is Pioneer.
Bless up!
Listening from Canada 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 😂😂
There was another cut on the same riddim as Dignitary Stylish released in London on a 8 Trk 10" by The Great King Tubbys & it was by a artist called Don Willis track title - The Mood Is Right. Kinda rare & NOT really featured anywhere. I didn't even buy it for the Don Willis, I bought it for the Tinga Stewart & Lloyd Hemmings. THAT riddim is TOUGH. REAL King Tubbys Digital sound mixed by the Great Fatman & Peego. Both on Firehouse 7" Nuff tune up ya
i remember when chaka demus&admiral bailey call up little twitch and dignitary stylish on stage at fort clarence i think it was 1986. nex good interview. junior frass was living in england im not sure where he is now?monty blind got sent back to ja in the 90s. don carlos was part of the original black uhuru
