What do Wine Writers DO With The Extra Bottles

I taste wines every day as a part of my job. It's a great job, but it's also a logistical challenge to get rid of the bottles - the glass and the boxes are too much for the home recycling bin SO what do I do with the wines once I've tasted them? These are some highlights of a report I am working on

Any review you see on my socials ( / erinllarkin , this channel and my website (www.erinlarkin.com.au) are never paid for by wineries or anyone else: the wines are featured on their merits - because they have risen to the top in tastings. I can’t always afford to buy or open a new bottle when I get something I don’t like, but I agree that life is too short to drink bad wine. It might sound wasteful, but I’d rather tip out bad wine and go without these days than just finishing the bottle for the sake of it.
