Hon Katusiime Annett Mugisha has told off the chairman nrm Bushenyi district al - hajji Hassan Basajjabalaba to stop confusing people about government programs.
This was at the Burrial of Senior Citizen Zeldah Kibeherere in Ishaka town where hassan said that Parish Development model seem useless and emphasized health insurance scheme.
Hon Annet responded to this saying that it's not good for the party to rubbish government programs and called on chairman hassan to join the rest in promoting Parish Development model
