Picanha! So tasty especially when cooked over wood / charcoal fire.
Put these into the freezer for about an hour … firms it up and makes slicing much easier and more precise :)
This is my Absolute favorite cut of beef! You can also roast it in the oven, or braise it, as you would for a roast beef, potato, veggie casserole. This cut melts in the mouth!

This was from costco
Just bought a Costco top sirloin cap today.
It is 8 dollars off total price on sale.
I was going to make beef rendang but now I might make it into steaks like these instead.
Or go back tomorrow and buy a second one.
Buy as much as you can and freeze them.....the cap has such a unique flavor
