That guy got cheesed. Why do they have a clock for overtime if it doesn't even matter? He thought that OT would be over when the clock hit 0:00, but EA brought out the extra OT, which doesn't even make sense. Yes I know that Smoove is supposed to get the ball back if the other guy takes a field goal on his first drive in OT. But still, that's bs.

Oh dang, even when the announcer explained the overtime rules I didn't realize that you get extra time if they kick a field goal. Guess I didn't know the rules either.

SuperXaster Fo reals? I knew that if the team with the first possession didn't score the other team would get to try but I didn't know this'd happen. Me and my Madden buddies are the guys that never kick field goals or punts, we only ever go for it so I've never had to deal with this kind of situation.
I thought that it's only one overtime that's why I said that that's how it is in real life you only get you overtime period
Qadarius Horton yea in real life though it's pretty much impossible for a team to hold the ball for 15 minutes. Guess I didnt really Madden rules is pretty much unlimited overtime.
I don't play madden online, but I thought there was only one OT. I would of done the same thing as that guy.
There is only one OT, it's just that EA did something stupid so that there can be multiple OTs
PhantomWarrior11 EA didn't add that, in a way. In Playoff games, there can't be ties, so multiple OTs are allowed. EA did the same thing

Well he probably thought that he has to kick off the ball to Smoove so he took the field goal before the first OT ended. Like you'd do before the HT in regulation.

That's exactly what I did in my first overtime haha
Bro stick to the defensive line on defense. Try to get sacks and if you can't get the quarterback, switch to one of the secondary people to try to intercept the ball or make the tackle. Your moving your defense out of their formation when you move the middle linebacker. Pick the play and go start to the line she your defense will improve. Don't mess with anyone else because you don't know what your opponents player's routes are. Just a little advice bro! I love watching your videos. Try that out bro?
The clock makes no sense. Just make it like 15 minutes or something, I would have done the same as him despite the rules the announcer gave; with no time, I would have assumed the game was over.
The clock while, smoove got to touch the ball because of overtime rules state that the other team gets the ball if the first team only scores a field goal, or doesn't score at all. If the 3 minutes, 15 minutes in real life ends, and both scored 1 field goal than the game ends in a tie, unless in the playoffs. It might be weird but the clock makes sense. I liked the old NFL overtime rules better. I don't like college overtime
