I like the super hero outfits
Love it! Too big for someone like me, but it's charming and cozy.
Definitely a nice family house. It would be a lot to manage for a single person unless you also had an employee.
I'm looking forward to a cozy, quirky, smaller T2 or T3@@ExploringinPortugal :)
I will try to find something to show you! Stay tuned.
We have just the house in Graca Jaye. Maybe you can come and explore that for your viewers.
Keep staying tuned, Jen! We are getting some rainy/windy weather which is hard to film in, but we have some houses upcoming that should fit what you’re looking for better! Just have to get out of this little rainy patch we are in.
All good until you mentioned about the public roads inside the property ...... sorry, that is just a no no for me .....i am out.
It’s a dead end dirt road that gets a jeep on it maybe 3 times a year. Seems like a silly thing to be a deal breaker but if those are your priorities.
Lots of people own small parcels of land here in Portugal….traditionally used for agriculture and olive groves. They need access.
WHY?.... No one uses it, DEAD end and maybe someone will drive up to the end 3 times a year!
I do understand it can be confusing, especially if you don’t live in Portugal yet. But there are two designations of land in Portugal- urban and rustic. Basically, you can build livable dwellings on urban land but rustic land is just for agriculture (for the most part). The plot of land where that road goes is rustic land, so solely used for agricultural purpose. By law, the owners have to have access to maintain their land. Which means clearing underbrush 2-3 times a year. But they cannot build on that land so you will only see them on the days they go back to maintain.
