Next 'day in the life' vids IMO should be the 'most cyclist' and 'least cyclist' days in a typical week (basically the daily time management version of the annual budget video). So show us both the one with the most athlete training stuff and also how you fill your time on a day that's primarily pay-the-bills stuff. Fantatstic insight no matter what though!

Oats are gluten free, and I like how they fill my stomach. I have eat 2x-3x of your bowls, though for a ride like that. Are you sure that wasn’t a secret race?
@@maddynutt The flour came in a pasta making gift set so I can only guess it was the right grade. It must be the kneading, do you add any kind of water to your recipe? Mine was really sticky and was a bit more like bread dough when kneading.
It definitely should be the right grade! No water at all. 1 large egg per 100g flour is standard pasta dough recipe. Sometimes I add a little drop of high quality olive oil if my eggs are mediums..!@@ehuremovic526

Not something I’ve ever had! I think that might be to do with the pasta flour? Or maybe the kneading? I use 00 grade flour
