I appreciate that this was actually a full tank game. I see a lot of videos that are like "Full tank Ekko does most damge made enemies quit." Their build: one tank mythic and then 4 damage items lol

i like how zwag is always saying "lets do dragon", "lets do baron" and then he is going for some stacks instead or a bluebuff to let his team die at the objective

That was ridiculous...I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Heartsteel gets massively reworked or even removed before Season 13 officially starts. Btw Demonic gave you like 170 AP at the end

It's decently counterable by any %health attacks (Bork, Divine Sunderer, ect).
@@calebprouty288 Yeah, it's a "tank meta", but that means it is also an anti-tank meta, and as strong as tank items are, they are still pretty well countered by anti-tank items. I think there is too much %health damage, and armor and magic pen in the game for tanks to be truly dominant.
It legit just needs to not be even worth using on ranged characters and it’ll be fine, I like the item but god damn it’s annoying on anyone that actually just has damage in their kit

Anyone that scales makes heartsteel strong. Thresh, nasus, senna and even bel. Nasus Q on the proc isn't fair, you can grab both demonic and a titanic once you hit a nice stack number and smash everyone. Being able to stack hp and still get ap and ad is super strong.
Yep, that combo is busted once you get it rolling.
I wonder what other campions could use this combo: Kayle, Jax, Thresh, Volibear, Ezreal? Corki?
Kayle is probably the best to build it on. Imagine a lategame Kayle with 5-6k HP that does ridiculous amounts of damage.
I feel like Sion woth his W stacking and heartsteal would lead to a very thick champion
@@Mangoloonikus I mean he is thick but percentage health burn is so prevalent he is one of the worst top laners right now winrate wise.

Absolutely my favorite Veigar skin. Sound effects are amazing. I especially love the little chime sound during the recall animation.
How appropriate that he used Final Boss Veigar.
I've never noticed the line before, but the "Would you kindly" line from this skin has to be a Bioshock reference which elevates the skin by a ton in my book.
He makes a few references to other games too. Like "arcane launch detected" in reference to Starcraft/Red Alert, but my favourite is "quad damage". Because Q3A still rocks to this day.

Honestly I love veigar videos primarily because he’s the only champ that gets ap overtime. Satisfying to watch and see how many stacks someone can get
Technically false - Thresh souls grant him 1 AP per soul, hence veigar is not the *only* champ that gets AP over time.

One thing i'd like to se also, when building Heartsteel on mages, is how much physical damage you do by the end. When i played HS swain on pbe was like 20% of the total damage which was crazy O-O

Zwag, i've watched every single one of your videos since i started playing league and found you on youtube. Please, I'd love to see you play Tanko(Shaco) in the jungle with the new heartsteal item, pair it with titanic hydra, the backstab damage seems to double the heartsteal proc damage!
I test this build before. cause I saw you last tank Veigar video and I thought he would be so tanky with heartsteal and get a lot of ap with passive and demonic's passive and it worked

Came back to update. Good lord that was amazing. Ended with 1344 from Heartsteel, 364 from overgrowth so 1708 not counting the % bonus increased along with 760 AP ending the game. Wow, that's a chonky boy.

Yeah I played the other night had a come back victory but i went hearsteal archangels demonic deathcap the slow ap item hasd 5000 health and 1200 ap at 45 mins. I’m actually liking this build for late games onsome ap champs :)
