I have been a fan of Default since day one, I think Dallas Smith (Leader Vocals), is best at this than the country music. Anyone else think so? Default's songs are timeless! Supper fan here...

I’ve always loved this band, and they’ve always hit me in pivotal points in my life. I get a chill and a rush when I hear this song because it reminds me of starting my life over after a bad experience. It gives me hope.

Rediscovered this song a couple of weeks ago. Totally forgot it and the band existed. It really is an excellent song. Default are a very underrated and under appreciated band.

Dallas Smith could be with his Rock band (Default),or rolling solo as a Country artist,and he still impresses.A true fan of both genres.

The summer this song came out, I think it was 2004, it was all over the place. The radio and I remember seeing this video on MTV a lot. Yes it was a time when they showed videos. Maybe just a few hours a day lol but this one was popular.

I was listening to this band all weekend while I was drinking and I kept thinking I gotta see these guys live someday but then come Monday morning at work I find out they’re playing in my hometown August 3rd like what are the odds. Needless to say I’m buying VIP tickets it’s gonna be an awesome concert, my mom absolutely loved these guys❤

Supposedly the band is on hiatus and not broken up. Wiki says that they decided to take a break 2 years ago to work on side/solo projects.
Brad Clemons Dallas Smith (lead singer) is a huge country artist now.. I think Default would be the "side" project now :P
they did reunite in 2018 not sure if they will still be around but i know the bass player is now in a band called bonds of mara

Bueno.... Así me siento yo cuando escucho a bandas de comienzo de los años 2000 : Creed, Nickelback, Default, Revis..... Podrán ser viejas ya, pero juro q vivo de forma muy atemporal coleccionando sus discos, en lugar de descargarlos. Y que decir de esta pieza.... Todo el disco Elocation suena impecable, el video no hace otra cosa más que terminar de engrandecer esta obra. Hermoso tema, gran video, enorme banda.
