Hi, l have very interesting stone, l found it on the seaside, it is 131 grams, l rubbed peace of this stone to the sandpaper and stone's in is very transparent, grey, opak and shining, specific weight is 3.1, outside some place has fusion burn, there is no other materials inside, what is your comments about this stone or how can show this stone's picture to you, thank you
Ha I have found very similar on beach in Sydney. Getting them tested in museum lab soon.

I thought you’re going to crack open the rock. These were sold on fb live show. The seller opened the rock and it has gemstone rock inside. It’s all new to me and interesting. Some ppl use it as a lucky charm and collect them.

Very good. One looked messeodite in nature. Did any smell like burnt rubber while you grinded on them? It would smell very strong. You might think the grinder tool is burning up because of the strong smell of rubber.

my friend the stone can't attract to a magnet but like I said very strong smell like a burn rubber with salt and pepper appears tell me something my friend
@@jazzsant8524 get a 10x look in a flat smooth area of it. Then look for tinny metals. No metal no meteorite. a natural piece of silicates of some sort maybe ?

Удельный вес 2,83÷2,84. Прилепает неодимовый магнит крепко! Феритовый не прилепает! Твердый, кусочек отколоть, кувалдой в 10 кГ летели искры, с очень большим трудом!🤣 У Вас обработанный с верху, а так должны быть белые "червячки", как с Марса?🤔

I have rock very similar to your rock. Are those really meteorites rocks?
You can test if it's a meteorite at home easily. First there are three types of meteorite: iron meteorite, stony iron meteorite and stony meteorite.
To test if it is a meteorite try to see if it is
1 magnetic
2 is there a black layer on the outside which is called the fusion crust when meteorite fall the melt the out layer and it turn black (it sometimes will be weathered away and hard to spot)
3 if there is fusion crust try to chip the rock a bit and see if the inside is lighter colored as meteorite are usually lighter in color in the inside
4 is it unusualy dense?
If all four are confirmed it is a iron meteorite or stony iron meteorite
If 2 and 3 are confirmed it is a stony meteorite.
Stony meteorite are denser but less noticeable bc of the lack of iron and nickel content but there is some inside called condrules which are spherical metal looking beads which are formed when the solar system was created.
@@veggiejuice3004 check out my youtube channel, i have rock that has been viewed for 6.5k. That rock is heavy, magnetic, has fusioc crust, flow lines, thumb print, and remaglypts. Also yes its lighter inside like a metal and i partially polished it. Most people say its not meteorite. But you can watch it and youll be the judge, let me know what you think. Thanks

@@veggiejuice3004 ive tried looking for scientist to classified my rock for more than 2 years now, i went to museums here in colorado but they told me is magnetite, hematite, mud rock, slag rock, volcanic rock and man made. No one wants to help. I think this is all about money. Ive email one or the lab here, they can analyze the rock but they cant classified it as a meteorite, and i think i have to pay $500 for spectroscopy analysis

How do I know the prices of the stones I have?
Most sell by the rarity of the stone. Once you have discoverd a meteorite that is rare enough to be desired like any Iron meteorite any stony Iron meteorite. Any pallisite meteorite. Any messeodite meteorite. And Martin or lunar meteorites. If you wish to get the most value for your stone and contribute to the school's of physical science and Astrogeoligy send any of these type's of meteorites to the Meteoritical Society. They will remove 20% of the rock if it has passed the determining factors. The piece removed will be put into educational circulation to be studied. After determining it type they will release a set of certified documents verifying the legitimacy of the meteorite. Afterwards one can display for sale with clear confidence for both buyer and seller. Pricing can be very hard it could be wise to use a professional meteorite broker. Because some lunar meteorites can bring 40.0000.00 USD per gram. Mars rocks also can bring very high prices per gram. The buyer is not at liberty to reveal these facts to the seller. So if you want to spend more time finding you must spend less time selling be sucseful by pairing with a broker or partnership. Most Iron meteorites average 30 to 100 usd and more per gram.
