I always mark the head before taking it off there is a certain way it goes so that you can get to the motor mount screws easier.

Depends how u abuse it my piston and sleeve got damaged and rod

Is the flywheel suppose to be tight ? After you put clutch

Man had mine out it was reving erratic up and down by it self and motor locked up but there was a lot of oil coming out of pipe

Could be this it sucks in air I had the issue trying to do tuning it wouldn’t never be good and kept burning glow plugs and it locked up here and there
