You should watch gravity falls. The writers are friends and there are alot of references on rick and morty from gravity falls. Also the voice actor of rick and morty is also on gravity falls.
It's a fantastic show -- especially since it's got a bit of mystery to it.

If you include AvP there are 8 "Alien" movies and 6 "Predator" movies, although only the first 2 from each are worth watching (and the less said about AvP the better)
I love AvP haha. It's corny but it was a cool concept and it's kinda fun.
Agreed, except i liked "Predators" and "Aliens Resurrection". Not as good as Alien, Aliens, Predator and predator 2, but decent movies in their own right.
Idk. I love drinking and watching these episodes with you. It gives me a good feeling. I've seen all of them but watching them with you feels nice. Idk if you'll ever see this. But I'm grateful for finding your channel
Two things:
1. Good for Jerry.
2. I know that feeling at the end. When you have to take such a *massive* shit that it feels like you're literally going to die. Recently had such an intense pain in my side that I genuinely thought I tore something or something serious was going on... turns out it was the loudest, most foul smelling explosive fart that has ever cursed that Wal Mart bathroom.
look forward to these every week now. i come for rick and morty and casey's lovely smile, i stay for anthony's girly laugh lol. also the first alien movie is my favourite movie of all time. defo watch that one.

I have been going through all of your reactions to Rick and Morty since I discovered your channel a week ago. It's really entertaining to revisit everyone of these. What's weird is that I have NO MEMORY of this one, even though I saw it at the time lol

it wasn't just based on "alien's Prometheus", but also on the origins/greek mythology of Prometheus, after which the alien's Prometheus was named. (Summer's part of the story)

@@WillsonT011 Ridley Scott retconned one major thing, the origin of the Xenomorphs.
Just because he pissed off a bunch of fanboys doesn't make either film horseshit, Are they great like the classics? Absolutely not, but they're at least good/average films, both with their own problems.
@@ex366 first of all it's not just that, it's all the other characters are fucking stupid in Prometheus and the sequel to that fucking movie. The real title to those movies should be call "How much can Michael Fassbender carry the movie" 😑
@@WillsonT011 For the most part all characters in the alien franchise are stupid though.. In the first film kane, a supposed genius who graduated with honors... pokes and prods the eggs until he gets a facehugger latched onto him. leading to the crew bringing him right back to their ship, where they don't bother to quarantine him..Then we get the xenomorph bursting from his chest and escaping and what does the crew do? Send another guy alone to go and search for the cat..
@@ex366 you're right Kane did something stupid, the rest however was all Ash letting it happen. Remember Ripley was not going to open the door to let the crew back in when she saw that Kane could be bringing a dangerous organism in the ship, Ash open the door and the rest is history. Of course we found out Ash, an Android from the company was doing everything it can to make sure that organism made it back to Earth.
That's why to this day "Alien" a 70s movie is still well liked and respected as a film #fact
I'd highly recommend checking out Alien and Aliens (special edition)! Great movies that get so many things right in their genres, especially Aliens which for me is more enjoyable than the original

I think people who've never watched the Alien movies are probably the only ones that can actually enjoy Prometheus.

How is it possible to watch Prometheus without seeing any of the Alien movies? It's possibly the most classic alien horror movie series and right there on the same shelf with War of the Worlds.

The original Alien films are a lot better than Prometheus imo. They make sense for a start, and more dramatic tension. The 1st one's a classic.
But not the 3rd. That one sucked on ice.
You're overthinking a bit about it all, it's an adult cartoon show, it doesn't have to make sense all the time, just enjoy! and again, if you're looking for some continuity, just waitand see, we're really close..
And yes, next episode is probably the best of the series =)
