You missed a drop location in Glowtail cave. At 3:19 a crate can spawn right where you landed in the water before showing the hidden drop cave. Also, if you install the Awesome Spyglass mod, whenever you have it active your coordinates will be in the top left of your screen so you don't have to pull up the map every time you want to share exact coords.
The 17:30-5:30am, I'm not sure I'd call it 'secret'. Literally every video about surface drops has included this information. Still, great video. I'm STILL trying to find a pump shotty BP.
you would be surprised how many are still unaware :) but fair enough and thanks. also if you are looking for pump BP your best bet would be the stalker cave for this check the pinned comment, i personally found one in there. might also be in the others loot table but seems to be highest chance of dropping in stalker
The first cave you showed is a bit buggy at official,cuz we only found the artifact there but no loot drops...but after I saw this video,I need to check it out later again,hope they fixed it...but tbh the drops showed sometimes a lot of crap in there...like arrows or mushrooms...🥺 Ps. caves can be weird. it does seem to help if you are in render range of the cave then go afk for a bit and then start farming drops sometimes it takes a while for them top start to spawn all depends on type of server and activity.
Anyone know why when I go on the surface there is zero supply crates. I’ve been many times looking and have seen none. Are they invisible? I’m on an official server.
from what i heard drops can be difficult to see on console, but yes also after you collected the first batch of drops in a cycle, the next drops should have beams
We got a capped pump bp from a purple or yellow (I forgot the color) drop with a red ring. Any drop that drops a pre-crafted item can also drop the BP for it. That was the first BP we got for a pump, and we've been hitting drops since the server dropped.
Unfortunately any surface drops that are around when you first reach the surface don’t have beams. You have to either try to hunt them down by remembering spawn locations or wait for them to despawn. New ones will have the beams again.
In all caves only 1 drop spawns at a time, with a timer on them. Thats useless or you want to spend like 4 hours straight running up and down all locations. Surface is where its at i found pump drake and flak bps there. And my biggest find of all asa so far a 103.7 journeyman drake bp🎉
in most caves yes, however in the first cave i often find 2 drops but i just usually check all locations every 30 minutes or so with any cave i decide to run. that seems to be most effective. and the surface indeed is great. is also the reason why i include it :) - also an epic find you got there especially if found on official even 90+ JM is insane
This map is trash. The rad cave loot crates are almost entirely non existant. And when you do find one, it will often despawn before you can hop off your drake and loot it. Best video out there though :)
it can be a challenge but the loot quality makes up for it. your best bet would be is check all the locations every 30 minutes to farm it the most effectively
@@JonnaX I can't get loot or scorched drop in glowtail there 50 sleeping bags all around in secret room and someone on crack stealing it every single time I've been trying for weeks 😢😢😢
This comment tells me your really bad at the game. Ab has never been an easy map and most people know the drops spawn around 20-30 mins after entering the cave and rendering it. Don’t call something trash just because you don’t know how it works and suck at the game.

Beam for the first 3 drops you see at the surface are not there. You either hunt them by memory or wait 10 minutes for them to re-spawn.

I had to do 200-250 hours of drop farming to find a whole haz set bp.
same with finding a full set of good flak it can take a while that is normal :)

I get traps by reapers pinned to the ground and can't escape. Then drake just gets killed and I die 🤦 when not 10 90 no reaper times
Use comso with charged web turned on. 1 shot fears the reapers away
