    What is the correct movement from takeback to top...?
    The ideal form is different for everyone, but first you should master the basic form and movements! By knowing the basics, you can create the best swing form for yourself.

    check:1 Center of gravity
    The center of gravity should not shift to the heel. The center of gravity should remain on the bulge at the base of the thumbs, the ball of both thumb, where it was at address, and move to the take-back motion. Care must be taken not to shift the center of gravity to the heel.
    HECK:2 Right hip
    The right hip should not turn around the spine. Weight may shift to the heel or the right hip may pull back.
    check:3 Right knee
    The right knee should be left slightly bent, not extended, going into the takeback.
    Keeping the toe weight on the toes and not changing the height of the knee is the key to creating stability in the shot, and awareness of the knee is important. In addition, ladies golfers tend to have knees that are more inward. It is better to at least have the image of a gangly gait.
    check:4 Hip movement
    The movement of the hips is accompanied by a twisting of the upper body. The movement from the takeback to the top is a preparatory step for hitting the ball, a movement to store power.
    The hips should not rotate on the spot as much as possible.
    check:5 How to raise the club
    Many golfers understand that the backswing is one as large as possible with the body. It is important not to raise the club too far without changing the distance between the club and the body. The elbows should also not be taut.
    check:6 Head
    Watch the ball, don't put your head up - you probably have your head in your head too much. There is a natural weight shift during the take-back, and the position of the head can move accordingly. However, a right-left shift is OK, but a back-and-forth up-and-down movement is not.
    CHECK:7 Chest
    The chest should be turned back (upper body twist). Some golfers try to take back the ball firmly and move their chest upward instead of backward. In golf, vertical movement can lead to errors. Please pay attention to this point. When you do this, remember to hold the ball firmly with the base of your right thumb.
    check:8 Weight shift
    In the backswing, it is important to shift your weight. As if stepping on your foot, shift your weight to the right. If you can successfully shift your weight compactly to the right and left, you can move into a swing with power.
