Me, a Croatian, being like: "Yeah, I feel you, sis." Animal Kingdom is a staple with children, they come with stickers on the back of the transparent paper inside the wrapping, so children collect them a lot.
I still collect them tbh and I'm 20 ahaha

As a crotian and as a lover of most of these things, im very happy you got to taste our candies from kras but i have to say this. they ruined bananko couple of years ago! it was smaller and had a better taste, now its all sugar. and the description you got for the animal kingdom its a different chocolate... its on a stick and shaped like an animal. also nova in crotian means new. cheers girls

Animal kingdom is for collecting stickers inside, and there is an album, when you collect all stickers, put them in album, send them to manufacturer, they will maybe send you a packet with their products.
I am only about 4 mins in and I just had to hold the horses and say: cevapcici!!! Omg my fave!! I used to eat them in Triest (not far from Croatia) and (sorry Nova) they are the tastiest kebabs/sausages ever!! 🇭🇷 And of course big up to the Novympia 'Chaneeeeeel' announcement! ♥️♥️♥️

I’m croatian and the Animal Kingdom chocolate part was really hard for me to watch because YOU DIDN’T NOTICE THERE IS A STICKER BEHIND THE TRANSPARENT PAPER IN EVERY BAR!!!! 💔💔💔 That’s why children like it so much because they collect the animal stickers.
Our staple chocolate would probably be Dorina (also by Kraš), Animal Kingdom is more of a kids thing, however I buy it sometimes as a dessert after lunch as well cause they are small and it gives me the illusion of watching my weight lmao

I'm American, and I didn't care for chocolate until I worked at a European-style chocolatier. Americans don't know what they're missing. Store-bought chocolate here is absolute garbage. Even Godiva and those supposedly good/fancy brands. Same with black licorice. I thought it was disgusting until a Dutch neighbor moved in and gave us some. It was so good it took me forever to place that it was actually licorice. Good stuff.
My granddad emigrated to America and fully embraced the culture but he will drive an hour extra to find a store that sells Cadbury
When you melt Hersheys it doesn't melt like "real" chocolate, it melts like plastic does because it's full of artificial emulsifier and stabilisers instead of real cocoa, milk and vegetable oil.

15:55 You should try precel sticks without salt girl. Like some junior version or with sesame or poppy seeds. Those are the best in Poland at least, but we also have like century old tradition of precels...
16:10 Also I do enjoy my precels with a drink. So you don't get too dry in your mouth, and it also kinda leaves a different aftertaste. Especially, if you mix it with totally opposite taste from saltiness and the usual mild, slightly burnt bread-like undertone of well made precel - something like really sweet frizzy soda or cola or really sour juice.

Omg I never tough that I'll see anything from Serbian on your channel. I'm with Nova here I'll eat Euroceam anything. We don't actually have that many unique savory snacks its pretty much same stuff as anywhere in Europe. Accept Smoki I cannot find snack that is similar to that whenever I travel.
They have something that is really similar to Smoki in Poland. They are a really common snack food there, I can't remember the name though! I live in Ireland and you can buy them in the Polish food shops here, I hope you find them :)

The US put a ban on European chocolate a few years ago. It really sucks, I used to buy bomb ass chocolate bars from a candy store that had stuff from all over the world. The flake bar was one of my faves.

I live in San Francisco. I only had imported chocolate from Europe until I went to kindergarten. I was given a Snickers bar and literally gagged and started crying. I was not very popular after that. 🤭 What a little foodie snob I was. Well, still am.
