arm wrestling exercises. Singles 4x daily. Pronation, rise, plate wrist curl

  • Started off around this weight about 10 days ago and quickly realized I couldn't do it every day. So I dropped the weight and worked back up to it making sure to hit every rep every single day.
    If I can't do that, it means I need to lower the weight. It feels like this is a good spot after a few days of staying here now, so I'm going to slowly up the weight in 1-2.5lb increments making sure I can hit every single one of the 4x daily.
    Right now on pronation I'm at 82ish including the loading pin on pronation, and 72ish with the pin on rise. I'm going to micro load the plate wrist curls with magnets. I'd love to be able to plate curl a 45lb plate some day.
