Peel the sweet potatoes , wash, cut it and steam it . Tats how I do always .Adding sugar may be delicious but again it’s not good for health. adding sugar / jaggery will entirely suck all the nutrients in sweet potato and you will not get complete benefits from it .
I try this cake in cooker come out very well .I bought electric beater first time used.before used hand blender not fluffy the cake we used electric beater the cake was perfect. Difference between the cooking time before the cake cook taken 50 to one hour just now took 30minutes .so electric beater is must for the cake
