Or just be a white collar criminal and run a land conservation such as Putnam land conservancy. Get a property with back taxes. Don't pay them. Property get sold for taxes, yet now they claim an interest as an easement holder and force you the new owner to be a slave to them for the taxes you paid for them that they were responsible for paying before encumbrance but didn't so this now is them engaging in acts of institutional oppression a form of modern day slavery maintaining an unjust claim in your property for not paying a tax you paid for them they were responsible for paying before they encumbered it. Some day these individuals may end up behind bars in federal or state prison but it a good way for them to self enrichment of them selves at the expense of the public. And force higher property taxes on all property owners in Putnam county if no one ever pays the taxes.

I’m so sorry to interrupt, but that is false information. If you own a home on private property in the state of Florida and that private personal property is in NO WAY ASSOCITATED WITH AN ACT OF COMMERCE or profit producing activity….there is no tax due at all! Your shelter is not taxable. The exemption you are applying for it to separate your homestead from the peroration of your property that is operating in commerce. Start researching!

Thanks for your comment. There are some properties that would be exempt from taxation such as properties for religious or charitable purposes. Is that what you are referring to? This video is about real property, which would not be used for commercial purposes. See Florida Statue 196.001 Property subject to taxation.-Unless expressly exempted from taxation, the following property shall be subject to taxation in the manner provided by law:
      (1) All real and personal property in this state and all personal property belonging to persons residing in this state. Hope this helps you to better understand. If not, feel free to send your questions my way.

Sorry, I'm originally from New York. It's a tough habit to break.
