Thought you said you whipped the cream with Sweet and Low, but you called it twice Cool Whip. I think Cool Whip would be just fine.

There's nothing natural about Cool Whip. In fact, its ingredients are loaded with chemicals and additives known to be toxic to human health. DON'T USE COOL WHIP! Make real whipped cream and sweeten it with powdered sugar and a little vanilla if you like.
So, many of these type recipes use cream cheese, box mix cakes, and Cool Whip. They are very heavy and unhealth. This looks so much better. Homemade is so much better for you and your family. Note: I would not use Sweet and Low for sweetening like he did. Sweet and Low has very unhealthy chemicals as well.
