It depends on your level of discomfort with heights. I have a fear of heights and I was pretty nervous during the climb....but that's the worst part. As soon as you drop it's pure fun. You dont even have time to think about heights anymore.

Not same just they both have similar themes. This starts with For Those About to Rock and Lose Yourself while X2 starts with Enter Sandman. Both great rides nonetheless.

I would imagine it helps you get over the fear of the coaster. Oddly, I'm more scared when the coaster is going up then the actual drop. I don't know why. I get very uneasy when it's rising, even if it's a small rise. I love drops big and large.

I went on this amazing ride 5 times this past Sunday! We purchased the thrill pass back in July, so admission was free, and we bought the Gold Flash pass for $65 which is definitely worth every penny. Lines are ridiculous without flash pass. Kept both my hands up the whole ride, what a rush! I've also been to Six Flags Great Adventure (Jackson NJ) and rode Kingda Ka and Nitro. Both amazing also. I need to get to Cedar Point someday and take on Millennium Force and Dragster!And for anyone who is deathly afraid of roller coasters like this one, I also used to be very afraid of all coasters. I'm 27 now, and I didn't get over my fear until 3 years ago. I am now obsessed with all high speed coasters. Try it, I promise you will love it!
I've been to Cedar Point twice and holy shit man the millennium force was fucking amazing. The dragster was such an amazing experience as well going at such speed.

My first expirence with it went like this: I was around 10 years old and my nana told me just to stand in line with her I didn't have to go on the ride I just had to wait for her. As soon as it was her time to get on the coaster she pulled me on with her now as you can imagine looking at the roller coaster you might be a little bit skeptical of going on and I was freaking out I was like no no there's no way I was crying the whole way up but then at the end of the roller coaster I realize how amazing and thrilling it was and then it became my favorite ride

"Mega" is synonymous with "hyper", which is a coaster that is between 200 and 300 feet. A giga coaster is between 300 and 400 feet, and a strata coaster is 400 feet or greater.
Visited SFNE 3 times in a span of 2 weeks early in May, rode Bizarro about 20 times and the audio worked about 4 times. To be honest, between the lift hill and the final break run, i could do without the audio. It only get drowned out by the sound of 77mph winds. Also, it'd be nice to have row 10 back!
Go on a sunday early in the year when a school day is the next day. I went here last sunday, everything was a walk on early and mid day. Only rides that had a 20 min wait were Thunderbolt and Pandemonium. This I rode 6 times in an hour (which is usually over a 2 hr wait) If you go to late in the year, schools will start to come, and that is extremely busy.
I was at SFNE yesterday and I'm thrilled to say that the on-board audio is working again. I rode Bizarro about 8 times and it was amazing, as usual. Skyscreamer and Goliath are opening Memorial Day Weekend, so hopefully I'll be back for that. I'm not quite sure why Goliath wasn't open, but yesterday they had test runs going with dummies. They have the 4-seat train now. Hopefully it'll open soon!
It's better than any audio available on a coaster in Australia one of ours just has speakers attached to the lift hill another has similar speakers to this but it never works and the last one has speakers on the train but only audio plays while you go up the lift hill

Audio systems on roller coasters (especially at six flags parks) can have problems. I know Bizarro at SFGadv craps out a lot. It wasn't working the last 2 times I went. The first time it was shut off and the second time all you heard was loud crackling and occasionally it started working. I can't speak for SFNE though because I've only been there once and it was working fine.
