Kio, un personaje maldito perseguido por un pasado de otras vidas, entró al torneo Kof sin saber que su destino seria sellado, llegando la entrega del 99 el personaje adquiere una personalidad de busqueda y nostalgia, tristeza y melancolía, los años recorridos donde se percibe a un Kio que después de haber ganado todas las batallas el siente que ha perdido todas. Tears y la acción super simbólica cuando quema la banda de su cabeza denotan el dolor y la incomprensión de un guerrero que lo ha dado todo. Que épico personaje y que gran tema para hacerle compañía.
