We got the unreal opportunity to bake with #1 baker in Paris, Mahmoud M'Seddi who won the Best Baguette in Paris Award in 2018. After wining, he was the sole baker for the french president, Emmanuel Macron. Baking in France is very competitive especially in Paris but when you taste Mahmoud's baguettes, your life will change.
