Honestly as expensive as it is, I still think it's a good concept! It helps with the hygienic aspect of mascaras! Rather than throwing mascaras away every 3 months or so as you're suppose to, you can just clean the wand, and replace the product bottle.

I know you don't have to use the hourglass mascara, but if you're using mascaras that come with wands why bother with this mega expensive, glorified screw?

if people want a cheaper alternative, I would get the minicara from innisfree which looks similar. it's not a screw but it has a really tiny lash wand so it gets really into the lashes which is good for people with short lashes. I don't think spending that much money on this mascara is worth it tbh

Usually I agree with you but this mascara is really too expensive and the risult was not so great. The steel wand is a good thing in theory but I think it's not very hygienic even if you clean it up with alcohol. The Outrageous Curl Mascara by Sephora has a tiny applicator too and you can reach every single lash and it's so much more affordable than this.

It's made out of almost 100% stainless steel and will last a long time since the mascara and wand are sold separately and since you can just wipe the wand right off!! The give you what your paying for but there is no perfectly 100 percent amazing mascara...everyone wants something else in a mascara so you can't please everyone...

I actually have made a lash growing serum and for me it worked over night (for some people it took a week or 2) its, half coconut oil, half olive oil and a few drops of lavender essential oil. I put it on my lashlime every night and have seen amazing results

And yes- it totally worked 👌😀 I forgot to mention that there is a pic on my Instagram (AnnaKaize) where you can see that it doesn't look like an ordinary screw- it's just like a "thicker" version of the applicator, but it worked 😊
yeah but that is still not the same. the screw has one little bit that curls all the way down to the bottom but the applicator has a whole bunch of little bits that circle around the wand or whatever indivivdually

Mine are natural so I can't really say how they're so long. You can always just wear fake lashes if you want to make yours look longer (most of my friends do)
DIY...I was shocked when my CD primer's brush came off the wand! But I used it anyway without the brush and it worked really well. I will have to try the bare wand with mascara now.

You said that you have really short eyelashes- I did too, but my mom (after using one herself and getting amazing results) bought me the RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash serum that you apply to your lash line before bed and after already 3weeks you can see results! And after 2-3 months my eyelashes got significantly longer and thicker! On my mom (she's been using it for 6months now) it looks like she's got eyelashes applied at a salon! Tina, you should try it!
Off topic, have you ever tried applying coconut oil to your lashes? I do it all the time and they stay long and are quite thick and are stronger than without. As my caveat I do have pretty thick and long lashes anyway, but there is still a noticeable difference between before and after.

These comments are despicable. You don't have to like the product; the point of these videos are to try unconventional products. YES, you can find cheap mascaras so that give the same end result but it's all for fun. Relax.

Thing about makeup companies is they always try to be innovative and different. Like I said you can totally find a cheap mascara that does the same thing but it's all for fun.
it's not "all for fun" when a company is charging more than they should. they put something on the market that's different so that people will spend lots of money. it's a gimmick.
Look at it however you want, honey. Some see it as innovative and others see it as overpriced. If you don't like the product then don't spend your money on it. Simple. I think it's a cool product and that's just my opinion. (:

For Asia short eyelashes , suggested to try out Majolica Majorca Mascara - it really lengthen any short lashes and stay all day long!

You said that you have really short eyelashes- I did too, but my mom (after using one herself and getting amazing results) bought me the RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash serum that you apply to your lash line before bed and after already 3weeks you can see results! And after 2-3 months my eyelashes got significantly longer and thicker! On my mom (she's been using it for 6months now) it looks like she's got eyelashes applied at a salon! Tina, you should try it!

Kind of reminds me of L'Oréal telescopic mascara. There's no brush. It also doesn't clump. Annd it's affordable. This product is hella gimicky.

Off topic, have you ever tried applying coconut oil to your lashes? I do it all the time and they stay long and are quite thick and are stronger than without. As my caveat I do have pretty thick and long lashes anyway, but there is still a noticeable difference between before and after.
