@@JohnnySnipes yea I definitely agree, but at the same time I understand why the RK1 is limited to Len's specs. Luckily I can ride the 155 😁 perks of being average sometimes haha
@@JohnnySnipes I've never ridden anything smaller than a 158 other than a 152 Swift so I am intrigued by how this one rides. Hoping it will make butters much easier. Poor excuse for lack of skill, but I'll use it if it means getting a cool board haha
I would say I'm a solidly intermediate rider. Comfortable on groomers and powder, all the way up to double blacks. This season I'm looking to challenge myself and start learning some tricks and spins. Would you say this is a good board for an entry-level park rider?
I just broke this board yesterday. Snapped the tail. Must've landed on the tail kinda hard on a jump idk tho. Just bought an arbor formula to replace it. Hopefully it was a good choice
Is this one better for the park or regular runs overall? Looking for the right step up from my old Burton clash. Would this one be good even tho I’m mostly groomers and trails with a side of park?
@@AngrySnowboarder And which will be more all-mountain capable,Gang Plank or Buckshot (stable at highier speed, jibbing, buttering, pressing, jumping and curving)? Is Buckshot much softer than the Gang Plank? Would 156W from Buckshot or 155 from Gang Plank be suitable for 79 kgs? Open for suggestions if different boards should be taken into consideration.
I demoed this board at On-Snow. I wasn't a huge fan, but I do agree with your review.
Bought the orange and blue RK1 Gangplank per your recommendation end of last season. Can't wait to take it out on snow this winter.
I wish they made the RK1 gang plank in more sizes even tho the normal gangplank is the exact same

Andrew Hua yeah i could to but i personally like riding smaller boards I should be on a 155 or 156 but i ride a 150

Andrew Hua you’ll love it it’s such a soft n playful board i love flat rocker profiles.

Oh yeah, should be good to go.

Oh bummer man, the formula is a super beginner entry level board.

Park. It's a step up from the Clash.
Just bought it! Super pumped thanks man
Great review! This or the ultrafear for pop and butterability?
This.
@@AngrySnowboarder Thanks for the quick reply.🤘
Reverb Rocker or Gang Plank? Does it make sense to have both of this boards in the quiver or they duplicate one over another?
Dump the Reverb and just keep the Gang Plank.
@@AngrySnowboarder Or dump both and take Capita Mercury?
If your riding calls for that then sure.

@@dz4sp3r The Buckshot will be better. For what you're describing I'd look at the Agent instead if you're hung up on Rome.
I bought one. Its pretty neat
Im 160 lbs should i choose 152 or 155?
Depends on what you want. If you're looking for it to be more playful and jibby then 52 for sure, if you want it for more all around use then 55.
Angry Snowboarder 50 in the park 50 all around - I want to use the whole mountain as my skatepark 😀
I'd say if it's a big resort go with the 55 for more stability, if it's a small little hill the 52 should be fine for you.
Angry Snowboarder it's a holiday board, it has to be one I can use everywhere
So pick the size you need, I'm not going to hold your hand.
Kinda want a 160W!
Buy 3.
