Hi 🙋🏽♀️ Always enjoy your video. I know there're so many crochet stitches available, but I TRULY appreciate you honing on them. Many you tubers only stay with the same 🧶stitches for projects. Have to expand your horizons. Keep up the good work.👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Have a great week 🤗
Fall-colored pocket shawl would be gorgeous! Heck, anything would be gorgeous! What a great stitch! :)
That’s a gorgeous stitch, I could crochet anything with it.
This stitch would make a lovely warm cardigan. 💕
It would!
Oooh i can't wait to try. Im a newby crocheter and I’ve been practicing but everything I made was awful or I'd get stuck part way through and not know how to fix it. I do way more ripping out than actual crocheting and have yet anything to show for my work.. However, I decided to make small squares of various colors and stitch them together into a blanket. I wanted to learn more stitches. Last night after many ripping outs I actually made a square with a basket weave pattern! I was so happy. This falling leaves stitch will be my perfect next choice. Yay! Thank you!
That is what I am going to do. Make a sampler blanket out of different stitches. I have a large amount of scrap yarn balls that will be perfect for it..
@@knittenpurl4274 I had no idea yarn was so expensive. I want to make blankets for the family, my favorite things in the world, but I don't care for throws. I like to be able to burrow down into a full size blanket, but boy does it cost a lot. Thought about doing throws for my extended family but I feel like I'm cheating them. And it doesn't help we are all really tall. Lol.
@@sherrialice That's why I mostly just use acrylic yarn- Red Heart or Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn. It washes and dries wonderfully. I've had some blankets about 20 years and they still look amazing.
@@knittenpurl4274 ohhh, that's great to know! I'm a dingbat and thought I'll make a blanket with velvet yarn so its super soft and then shortly discovered it sheds like crazy. I am super sensitive so I figured it would work best for me.
this stitch is so pretty! i'll be using it to crochet a hat.

Hahaha!!! my friend, if I try this leaf stitch, I’ll pat myself on my back ‘cause I’ll proudly say I’m slowly upgrading my skills from newbie to ‘semi-intermediate’. Hahahaha!!! 😟🥰😍 Haha, ooooooo... is there a word like ‘semi-intermediate’? If not, it’s now my incentive word. Stay well my friend 😂😂😂😂
Hi. Thank you for sharing. I am making sleeves for my cardigan using this stitch. Can you do a tutorial on how to increase stitches?
This is beautiful! Thank you! I would make a lapghan and pocket scarf!
I was thinking of making a pocket scarf too. We have brilliant minds👌🏿
Great minds think alike!

Sweater vest!!
What other yarn would you recommend? Beautiful stitch!!
I will be making a hat
I'm going to try an ear warmer
I’m thinking this stitch would look wonderful for an ear warmer. Could this stitch be done in the round. Or do you feel it would be done better flat & then attach the 2 ends?
@rich textures crochet. Thanks for pattern..... but the start of the double crochet row has a hole at the begining. Is there another way to fo this begining stitch without that hole????
Why does does it curl on me .??
