Oh thank you for another great video and especially your comments about not comparing yourself to others! We all have our own style and we should remember we are individuals. I love watching you. And being out in nature is so awesome!
Sarah, thank you for the inspirational therapy of your videos. Just watching you capture nature’s beautiful wonder is so calming and gratifying. Thank you!
Your videos in the forest are always my favorite! I love the trees and all of the moss. I love seeing you and Wolfie hiking together and enjoying each other's company. I love watching you paint!!! This was everything WONDERFUL to me!!! Thank you Sarah!!! 🍂 🍁
Your videos always bring me such peace, especially when I'm stuck inside because Texas. Also thanks for the sneak peek! Can't wait to get your travel brushes!
What a lovely session in Nature 💚 I can imagine how it felt to get into the forest at last, after so much travel and back-to-back busyness in October! Thank you for sharing - and inspiring 🌳✨
There isn't much in life I envy , however , having access to that stunning forest ...absolutely jealous ! Thank you Sarah for sharing your piece of heaven !
You really encourage me and give me a positive outlook on going out against the odds of the weather. I have Raynauds syndrome, so painting outside when it's cold is almost impossible, but being there, taking it up, taking pictures is so valuable!
I enjoyed this SO much, thank you for letting me be with you in this way as you experienced nature in its gorgeousness here and the way you showed the little details like getting your supplies out, finding a spot to sit, stages of the painting. I applauded at 9:00 when you showed the finished piece. I commented a few hours ago on your insta post of this, so I was delighted to see this on my YT feed and jumped in. I appreciate how you immersed yourself in nature, so respectful and beautiful, and with the blessing of the forest, you sketched and painted. I like how you kept it real while also editing it to a combination of music, real-time sounds, cuts, and real-time immersion of moments there. Well done, and all the best to you, dear one.
Very soothing video 😊. The root system for one of the trees you showed is so beautiful!! There’s a park in our city with a few trees that have crazy-intertwining roots and I love them so much.
Such GREAT advice Sarah. I tried plein air for the first time last month and it seemed so stressful. I will look at it complelety differently now. The leaf is HUGE!
I really enjoy your videos , they have been very helpful in my short but quick art journey. Thank you for your time and knowledge . The best to you and yours .
9:39 October went to where all other months go: the tin box on the opposite side of the galaxy. It’s where the elf-ghoul keeps all the months after he forges them.
I just got home from my FIRST plein air event! I even camped the night before at the park. I learned soooooooooooo SOOOOOOOO MUCH! This was an awesome experience! Any pro tips?
@ at my favorite park here in Tennessee called Montgomery bell state park. It straddles 2 cities Burns and Dickson, TN. A lot of good hikes there when I still had my dog. Her and I even shared a birthday, November 26th. I like legit was trying to cancel the whole thing because I wasn’t feeling well. The lady tells me I couldn’t get a refund or reschedule my camp site because they are closing the camp ground for remodeling and it wouldn’t be reopened for a whole year. So I had to tough it out! Soooo glad I did! I tried to put too many subjects in one piece. So lesson learned, focus on one thing. Kind of like life..*sighs* Thank you for the content and energy you’re putting out there! I definitely reviewed some of your content to help prepare before this trip. I was sooooo NERVOUS! We had a ‘wet sale’ after and in comparison to other work that was up, I wasn’t feeling the best about it BUT… I showed up and put my best out there. All things considered… I enjoyed the whole experience and learned a lot. Plus entry fees went back towards benefiting the park. 🌲 🌲🌲 I’m sure if you check out their website, you’ll see everyone’s work. I know I see everything on FB. I should’ve titled it and called it “3 in one” because I literally tried to fit 3 subjects in one piece..🤦🏽♀️….just too much. Anyways…. Before I run out of characters here..🤪 Thank you again for all you do! 🎨
Sarah, your appreciation of nature is so fabulous...thats why GOD nestled you in such wonderful natural wonders

I love watching you paint and sketch. You make it look so easy. I loved your ink work on😊 the tree, it really brought it to our attention life. 😊
What amazing trees. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I’m always so drawn to the roots! Plus they are symbolic “rooted” and I love that - I feel like a whole series of roots would be fun
8:30 I love your marks on the tree.
this page is so beautiful! I really should be painting outside too but it's already so cold 😬
Cold makes it hard I know! I sometimes park somewhere with a view and paint from inside the car.
Such GREAT advice Sarah. I tried plein air for the first time last month and it seemed so stressful. I will look at it complelety differently now. The leaf is HUGE!
I totally get that- things change when you go out! Try to just have fun with it until it starts to feel more normal ☺️
I really enjoy your videos , they have been very helpful in my short but quick art journey. Thank you for your time and knowledge . The best to you and yours .
I'm so glad!

great video sarah....
💚💚💚
I love the forest in autumn. Going to be awhile before I can paint around here though, our forests got decimated by the hurricane 😢
I’m so sorry to hear that 😩
When did you make your brush set into travel brushes? They aren’t listed on the website.
They are Prototypes, coming soon
Sarah, which Patreon tier will include the reference photos of the trees? They are amazingly beautiful!
The photos are in Tier 1 :)
@@SarahBurnsStudio thanks for letting me know.
❤❤
Thank you for taking videos of bush. Too shy to take paints outside.
Those travel brushes are amazing . When can we get those :)
I’ll definitely let you know when they are ready!
@@SarahBurnsStudio Wonderful :) Can't wait . Great sneak peak

My favourite video so far thank you.
Lovely video and scenery, autumn is my favourite season. Also, that's an unusual looking pen you used. Can you tell us what it is, please?
Uni Jetstream Edge
@SarahBurnsStudio thank you Sarah.
Somebody else also asked, but what's that metal multiliner that you're using? Looks refillable.
Uni Jetstream Edge
I have anonter great bit of advice:
It's okay to suck. Give yourself permission to just have fun.
💯

What pen are you using?

The human thoughts around us are so destructive and they know it
Are those beech trees?
Is it wrong to have an obsession with tree roots in art? Asking for a friend
Oh my ocd. I want to snip off the stray hair on your larger round brush SO BADLY. What is wrong with me?! 😂
Haha I accidentally snagged it when I closed it last time 🤣 I hate when that happens
