Mechanically, the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 300 continues to use a 296cc, parallel-twin engine. The OBD-2-compliant, liquid-cooled motor produces 38.4bhp and 26.1Nm of peak torque. It is linked with a six-speed gearbox, which gets an assist and slipper clutch as standard.
The cycle parts on the new Ninja 300 include telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. Its stopping power comes from petal-type disc brakes at both ends, while a dual-channel ABS comes as standard. Moreover, it rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at the front and back. The Race Kit, on the other hand, revises the ergonomics for a sportier rider’s triangle through a race ergo handlebar, raised footrests, and knurled footpegs. The feature list retained from the 2020 model includes full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled colour TFT display, ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes, and dual-channel ABS. The mechanical specifications continue to include the 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.5bhp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm of peak torque at 7,700rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
