Tool cabinet contents unknown

I picked up this rusty old cabinet loaded with tools and junk. On top is a Trucut Armature Lathe with some good finds inside.

That cabinet turned out nice I’m jealous-I never find stuff like that. I’ve got a couple of those breast drills myself -always pick them up when I see them cheap they’re pretty cool.
