I had failed (miserably) to procure a JLC Polaris Memovox a few months before the CW Bel Canto was released. They didn't know me, so I was invited to take a hike. The announcement of the Bel Canto had me intrigued. A chiming complication for 1/5 of the price of the JLC that I was being denied. I ended up with the Verde green Bel Canto and am really enjoying it. Every hour, I get a little sonic reminder that I have something fun on my wrist. I still smile every time I hear it.
I have the very first blue Bel Canto, it is one of my favorite in my collection. The look and feel is amazing and it is practically the only watch I am wearing that actually raises question from people. The value for money is incredible. Great job Christopher Ward! Mr Time Teller I love your video's. ;-)

@@wowlsj When I bought the watch that morning,,,, it was not even on my radar, I did not knew it existed. I received an email from Christopher Ward about the Bel Canto and when I saw it, I told myself… woowwww that’s one of a kind. I juggle the purchase in my head for about 45 minutes and then decided to go for it. Look like I did the right thing, I think the 300 watches sold out in a matter of hours. My experience with Christopher Ward has been exceptional, good service, good follow up etc. Something I really like was the email exchange I had with Mr. Mike France about the watch and his Cie, he is the owner of Christopher Ward, Every time I hear the watch chime it makes me smile. ;-)
i just triedn one on 2 days ago and have wanted it since it was released. now i regret my fear of that 41mm. im thinking about getting the royal purple which is my favorite color. all of my other watches are black and gold or black/white with white gold. i could use a splash of color.
it's insane how amazing this watch is for the price.

I have the black faced version and I love it, Christopher Ward are a brand that I have loved for some time now and I am fortunate to own a number of their offerings. Super video as ever.
First of all. wishing you a speedy recovery! Second of all-- the 28.800 vph sweep made me snicker a bit, since this watch doesn't have a seconds hand I don't think there's a whole lot of sweeping going on ;-)

Brother, I seriously hate skeleton and gimmicky watches BUT! The Bell Canto is special and is visually stunning. I fell in love with the Christopher Ward 12 too. IMO, Style, Class, Innovative Engineering and Excellence in Execution....

CW are affordable but not povo. That's more Casio, Orient, Vostok. Used to also be Seiko, but they upped their prices without upping quality.
That purple would be perfect for my beach condo!

The title for this video was very catchy, it's the first video of yours that I've clicked on in a long time. But then you didn't deliver on or even address the premise suggested by the title. It was a nice mini review, but now I'm disappointed 😢
2 things Jory. I don’t know how you shot this thing. You killed it in the light. Second can I get you an “I eat a- -“ sticker for your cast? Speedy recovery. You didn’t give us the diagnosis. Full tib/fib, commutated, displaced, open fracture. Electric bikes and scooters are taking people out like crazy and it’s not the riders. Some are hitting people intentionally.

I have this watch and it is epic. The strap not so much, i swapped it out for a black alligator strap and it looks amazing.
Was there a reason you didn’t order the bracelet?

I saw one in person and I was underwhelmed. The one ding per hour just was anticlimactic. No second hand the watch just sits there. I do like this purple though and love CW

First!
A BIG Christopher Ward fan here. I own five models going back well over a 15 years and love them all. OK. I hope that establishes my credentials. I know I'm in a minority but I have to say that I HATE the Bel Canto. I'll grant that it's an impressive engineering feat. But I simply cannot get beyond how UGLY it is. Every time I look at one it screams Grinning Cyclops. Obviously, it's a personal opinion not shared with those who have shelled out considerable bucks (or pounds) but I just had to express it.
