Hi, first of all thanks for the video and how well you explained it.
I have a little problem, I followed all your steps and for some reason after finishing the repair I get the "Face ID is not available. Try again later".
I've tried every solution I've found in the internet: cleaning camera, trudepth and dot sensors, reseting face id, reseting the iPhone, updating it, even reinstalling the firmware, but nothing works.
However, it is a little bit strange because after reseting or reinstalling the firmware, the first time when I'm setting the face id everything works and after that if I try to use it, it doesn't work, and if i reset it and try to set it again it doesn't work.
I don't know what may be happening but I would aprreciate very much your help or any other's.

Maybe go back and show everyone how you removed the speaker with out loosening up the mainboard.

Cold press is a different glue from "super glue for iPhone" that you use earlier?
The Qianli spot welder, do you use the strongest gear / speed ?
