Dank je wel, Pieter! Wat betreft die kat, dat was een kleine ‘ode’ aan de Ramones met hun liedje ‘Beat on the Brat’. We zijn nooit gewelddadig, ook niet naar katten ;)
Thanks, Derrick! It’s 33 years ago, but Peter probably played on his Black Gibson Standard guitar with a Bigsby and used an Ibanez Tube Screamer, a Yamaha DI-01 Distortion and the Music Man 112RD Sixty Five 65-Watt 1x12" Guitar Combo Amp that he had back then. Carol played on her semi-acoustic Hofner 463/S/E2 1968 Natural (blond) and the Peavey Deuce VT 212 Amp she used back then. Everything was recorded live in a studio, no overdubs.
This song always gets added to any mixtape I give to a new friend.
Brutal beauty and timeless
This song hits like a mouthful of pop rocks candy and cherry soda.
Boy this brings back early 90s vibes…
Such a great song
Verrek ! Dat was dit nummer wat stiekem door de achterkamertjes van de mind rondwaarde als ik stukken van Lewsberg hoorde.
Hoor !
Cut my teeth drumming along to this record. 🤘😎

Wow, I don't think I've heard this since I first heard/saw it on 120 Minutes back in the day!
still my favorite

Amazing
God I love the ‘90s
Love The Bettie's!

Always wondered what fuzz, amp and guitar are used on this? Whole song is incredible start to finish.
