Been experimenting with more industrial sounds lately and as soon as I heard that first screech at the very beginning, it made me think of a screech I really like from a certain TOA & Dither track and I was like 👀👀👀👀
a yr late seein this but you nailed my issue with the wrong key from all the tutorials ive watched so far! Thank you! Knew it wasnt as hard as was being shown... felt like i was navigating a submarine by myself with no lights lol
What is the point of using ott on everything? I don't like how OTT sounds so I shape the texture of my sounds with EQing and then use a good compresor in order to tight the sound. Am I missing something?
@@Xeniumnebula it depends on the context, I use the waves's ones, fabfilter, the integrated one of shaperbox, but the glue of ableton is my go to. At least into my own mythology of production, i see them like filters with different tastes or colors.

General Guyble how do you keep the volume balance right on these screechs, without hurting your ears? Because sometimes, when we open the filter, the very distorted sinty quickly sings the ears

What type of sound effect is in the intro video with the skull? That lower growl type sound.
i think thats just a rawstyle type kick with a reversed before it so you get that suckng effect, with a lot of reverb. if you ment that
