Listening to this song I never noticed the upbeat square stabs in the chorus until this video. I think it’s such as simple addition to the track but it really adds a nice subtle groove and emotion in the chorus
This video was really good. Have you heard of a casio rapman? I'm pretty sure they used one of those although I might be thinking for katy perry. I know Bennie Blanco used one at one point I'm pretty sure it was for Tik Tok.
great video again, man. have you ever thought about making the switch to ableton/cubase? i also use FL, and I am extremely comfortable with it, but obviously most of the pop producers use different DAWs, so I was wondering if the switch would be worth it.

@@lavs8696 You gotta go all in for a while and resist the temptation to use your old DAW (obviously it's easier to do things in the DAW you already know). Learn the shortcuts and you're ready to go. Haven't looked back. Won't go back :) I find Ableton better in pretty much any way. But a lot of that comes down to your personal preferences. For some Ableton might not be the right fit.
Du meintest, dass du den Main Synth gesampled hast, aber wenn ich bei meinem PSS-100 auf das preset (B2 mit 1 mal mellow) geh, sieht die waveform viel mehr nach einer klassischen Square wave aus und ist nicht so gebogen. Welches Preset hast du benutzt?
