Golf+ - July 2024 - The Spyglass Hill Open - Round 1

Diamond - Amateur - 26 total ranking.
I'm off to a good start. Shot a 59 (-13) in round 1. I'm happy with it. No real complaints either. The good news this week is that I feel like I'm in the same standing as everyone else. The course has been out for a matter of days so I can't say anyone else has an advantage having played it hundreds of times like I can about other courses. So I feel this week is more about raw skill than course course knowledge. I think I have a really good chance here if I can pull 4 good rounds together to win. If not, perhaps a really high finish. I'm really hoping this is the week I can move up a fair amount of spots.
