I remember watching the cereal commercials just so I would know what came in the boxes. It was never about the cereal. Wonderful memories. Thanks ❤️

SteveZ , just found your channel and this old-timer is glad he did…FYI, the husband in the giant size Maxwell House commercial is non other than Chuck McCann, character actor, comic, and ‘60s kiddie show host here n NY…gone but not forgotten.

I have one of those "scale model" 1955 Ford cars that came with that package of "Post-Tens" cereal. It's a 1955 Ford "Sunliner" convertible. Calling them a "scale model" is perhaps a bit of an exaggeration. They're more like a reasonable facsimile toy car of the real thing. They were made by a company named F&F Mold and Die Works of Dayton, Ohio. F&F would make numerous cereal premiums over the years. I believe the first F&F cereal cars came out as 1954 Fords and Mercuries. The last ones may have been made as late as the early 1970s. Thanks for these food related, old TV spots. Do you have any of the "Orange Nip" orange drink commercials from the late 1960s?
