      Noa Assmann she says "Fei Chang Hao" (非常好)which also means "Very nice! or excellent! or great!" in Chinese. You can copy and paste the Chinese characters in Google translate to hear them slowly and clearly. You can use the phrase to complement a native Chinese person. For e.g., if you ate at a restaurant and you like the food or if someone did something awesome and you want to praise their efforts. Though there are specific phrases for each situation, this basic phrase should suffice most of the times.
