Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on TH-cam, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on TH-cam. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on TH-cam, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.

I had a lot of fun watching your video the song that you did your reaction was from the late 70’s and they played it at every tour that I went to 9 shows and it really does have a dated sound they do it to show case Rik Emmett’s Guitar solos which is kinda Cool because so many other Great Guitar Players just come out in concert just playing their guitar solos I Really am a Music enthusiast since 1977 I have gotten to go to I think one time I tried to count it comes out to around 696 concerts Triumph 9 times ranks up in my Favorites Ric Emmett had the audience right there and he is just having so much fun I finally got to meet him and he is so Cool and Nice So many Great Songs I genuinely watch the Live performances it takes me right back less than 2 weeks after this US Festival Triumph came to Dallas Tx. another all day Music festival and they played mid afternoon and it was a Football stadium for 10 years in Dallas and Houston some every summer the Texas Jam was a Really big thing I went to 9 of those and Loved it back in late 70s the cost to go sets Really Big Band like Journey was only about 7 dollars crazy what it cost now to go I am getting such a kick out of watching these reaction videos to the very Bands and Songs I just Loved the Music and it was a big part of my life and seeing Guy’s like you I know are younger it is So Cool to see your’s and other’s reactions and thoughts about Bands I Really Hated how record companies and production companies everybody had their hands in the pockets of these Musicians Songs and all about the money and just drove prices up greedy people and know people your age a lot of them would not get to experience a concert . Up to this point in 1983 I had already gotten to see Triumphs live shows and they had the most Amazing light shows I saw Kiss several times and Triumph had The Best Live shows and the day I saw them play in middle of the day without their Light I was wandering how it would be and Triumph had a nearly perfect performance! Some more songs Triumph has you might check out Fight the good Fight they have another live concert on TH-cam called Triumph Live 1987 Halifax and it shows some of the lights but the performances are Great as well The Blinding Light Show is a Great song from their earlier stuff I am ready for some more reactions I can tell you know Good Music and this is fun Apology’s for writing you a Book

I was born in 1970 this is the United States I loved growing up in …I’ve loved my life the whole way through so far but being a kid in the 70’s a teen in the 80’s and in my 20’s thru the 90’s was exceptional
Yes! I was born the 3rd day of 1970! We grew up in a very magical time! The best music, the best of times, Triumph was a catalyst to great times! Best band next to Boston!
This is my Favorite Band I first discovered them 1979 and it blew me away we were on our way to a Texxas Music Festival I was 16 and heard them got to go to see them 9 times in concert from 1980 to 1987 Unbelievable light show and The Great Songs Try on that same US Festival Never Surrender live you have a Good ear Rik Emmett Amazing This was Fun Love seeing what younger people Think about this Great Music
Rik is extremely talented. I’ve seen his solo show several times and he still has it.

My favorite of his from his solo career is off the Absolutely Album. The song is Stand And Deliver.
There has never been another band quite like Triumph. The positive message they were always pushing got me through so much growing up. I was very fortunate to see them live in 86. Rik Emmit is a criminally underrated vocalist and guitarist. Check out Never Surrender, Its Just A Game, Ordinary Man, Follow Your Heart....they just have a ton of awesome songs.
I can't imagine hearing anything Triumph and thinking.....eh. doesn't compute. One of the best bands ever.
Alright Now Rik Emmett has given You the Magic Power of the Music I can tell You are a Rocker! I Really like seeing these Reaction videos Especially this Band Triumph they have been at the Top of Favorite all time Bands I think I mentioned on one of Your other reaction videos since 1977 I am with in a couple of concerts of having gone to 700 concerts and I only got to see this Band 9 times Oh Wow they had The Best Lighting and Amazing Light and Lazer Shows and The Songs are so Awesome the way the song starts as like a pretty ballad and builds into this Rock anthem and just gets you up and Rocking I once kinda went through in my head Thinking about the Best Performance by a Musician and in a Top ten Performances Rik Emmett in 3 different concerts I saw he Absolutely Kills it He is an Amazing Guitar Player and his vocals are so Good and he puts on a show like this is so easy but he is having so much fun he is a Really Nice Humble Guy! Triumph There is a Suggestion I have so many Great DSongs TRocking Roll machine was from their first album and was made in the mid 70’s has a dated sound some what this was always leading into the Guitar solo in a concert and The Song you should try Triump The Blinding Light Show Live there is a TH-cam video and make sure you pick Live I am sure it was 1983 and Rik nails this song but Triumphs stage shows were even Better than Kiss and I saw them about 4 times. You keep Rocking the reason I really like watching reaction videos I have Loved these songs more than 40 years and I have wanted to see how other people think about them and how younger people see this Music I was in High School and back then these concerts were only $7.00 for a ticket which now the way the Greedy Record company s and all the people that want to take a Musicians Song and they want to make money so now to go a concert is tough I still Love going I finally met my wife when I was 36 and we went to a bunch of concerts Journey was another Favorite Band I went to see live 23 times and we have a Daughter and we kept going to concerts she was about 3 mos old at a Def Leppard concert and she loved it by age 6 years she had been to 5 Journey concerts and so many different Bands I had to keep this Incredible Music Alive and seeing You and different ones watching and I have watched the Rock Music I. Think is the Greatest from the late 70s to through 80s and that was the so big then and just as big now. Again Apologies for writing a Book but I Love this Music and seeing Rocker’s like you Really liking this is so Cool I know we would have run into each other at a Triumph concerts had you been born in well my age is a little older. Also check out a Triumph concert on TH-cam that was 1987 in Halifax and gives a pic of their stage show this video was 1983 US Festival less than 2 weeks after this concert I saw Triumph first time in day light and I was wandering and they were Nearly Perfect!
Triumph the an amazing band before the glam scene took over AOR rock like Styx, Journey, Foreigner, Ted Nugent, and Triumph were ruling the landscape…Triumph is one of my favorite bands I have 30 of their songs on my ITUNES account…

Emmit & the Boys definitely do not get the notoriety they truly deserve! My opinion too many people always try to compare Triumph to Rush cuz of the Canada & trio connection. How wrong they are, I LOVE Rush but the music,lyrics,pacing are totally different & Triumph most definitely needs to be recognized even now!

These songs are great no doubt, but I'd argue that their best songs were never played on the radio. Just A Game... Suit Case Blues, Young Enough To Cry, i could go on. I would recommend a deep dive for anyone not familiar with their full catalog

Agree with you on the vocals, unfortunately, it's also why the record label pushed them to a more "pop" sound, breaking the band. Nice reaction
First time hearing these guys and I do like what I hear. I have something for you that's a bit different. Take a look at Beth Hart "As Good as it Gets" (Live at Royal Albert Hall) 2018 More blues than rock, but can this lady sing.

Again my friend! Please notice, and compare with every other band that played in that same concert; 83 US Festival, no one, not even close, played better than this treo (3 band members). Again, the most underrated band in history. And the lyrare awesome. There's a story in almost all of them, from Rik. Rik is in fact, a Maestro. Study and used to teach music. Please watch Fight the Good Fight, here in US Festival and a few years later at Halifax, Canada. Best song ever, and the lights, explosion, etc, over the top. Thank you!😊
To me this is better than lay it on the line. Fight the Good Fight, Hold On, Somebodies Out there, Follow Your Heart are all better than Lay it on the Line.
Lol Rik and Gil are exact opposite singers. Not to take away from Gil but Rik is just gifted beyond words.

That outro was never part of the song. They only did that at this concert.
